7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Vernon

Food: We visited for the first time today and ordered two drinks. My drink was delicious—I can't even say what it was, but I would definitely get it again. My wife's drink, however, was not what we ordered. I picked it up for her, so we only realized the mistake when I got home and she took a sip. Since it was complimentary, it's not a huge issue, but it's worth mentioning. When we return and have to pay, we do expect better.

Service: Ordering while driving was a unique and cool concept, though not the safest option, especially for those behind the wheel. Overall, despite the congestion, the wait time was surprisingly short. The staff was very personable.

Atmosphere: Honestly, this aspect is hard to rate. It had a typical Gen-Z vibe with very loud music, but there’s nothing particularly notable, good or bad, about it. It felt like a drive-thru experience reminiscent of Starbucks, Sonic, and Chick-Fil-A all rolled into one. Interesting, to...

Extremely Shady Place. Overhyped & Overpriced... No menu visible so worker has to show you their iPad with only drink descriptions and absolutely NO prices. Receipts are not given after sales. Never asked for my phone number to credit my 7 Brew rewards. They then refused when I asked them if they’d credit my rewards prior to picking up my drink. The only menu visible on their iPad (or by scanning a QR Code) has NO prices on the menu on purpose. They do this so people can’t see the overpriced crazy greedy Disney World style pricing that they have. Most would drive away if they posted their prices upon entry rather than after charging their Credit Card. Paid almost $8 for a large iced coffee that was no better than Dunkin Donuts. Don’t...

I average a visit about twice a week. When they first opened I was there every day for the first month. I've been waiting for an establishment like this here for a long time. The brewistas are so kind and have great suggestions. Drinks have always been great and if made wrong or missing something they are quick to correct it, happily. There may have been less than a handful of times where a brewista didn't appear to be in the best spirits buy they're human and entitled to an off day. I'm always thankful they chose to go to work when there is inclimate weather and I tell them. It takes a lot to be in the elements waiting on people who are in a rush.
