Unfortunately, the bagels themselves didn't quite live up to my expectations. While they looked appealing, with a nicely toasted crust and a generous schmear of cream cheese, the flavor and texture were merely adequate. The bagel I tried was a bit too dense and chewy, lacking the light, airy texture that I've come to expect from a truly exceptional bagel. The flavor was similarly unremarkable, with none of the rich, malty notes that I love in a great bagel. I love Between Rounds!

They have a wonderful selection of freshly baked (in-house daily) items. Bagels are my favorite, especially the yummy cheese bagel, but I love the poppy seed bagel, too. I enjoy their wraps as well. I like most of their baked goods. They have a lot of menu options...for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Hot food options and cold options, they have a wide menu selection. Service is so-so, some employees are unfriendly and miserable, while most others are upbeat and friendly. Usually takes a good wait for your order, depending on what you ordered. Many people stand around waiting for their order. It can get too crowded, with no designated waiting area for takeout or seating for patrons. I mean, you could go into the dining area and sit and wait, but that's not convenient. The dining area is wide open, with no kind of privacy at all. I'm sorry to have to say that their dining room seating is very uncomfortable with plastic chairs and a bench. That's really my only complaint...uncomfortable dining area and the fact that waiting patrons have to stand around, creating a large crrowd of patrons crowded in one space. Overall, definitely 4🌟. Could be 5🌟if my 2 complaints...

I'm not sure if it was a bad day there when I stepped in so I don't want to be critical of a place that might have just been having one of those days. Having said this, when I walked in everything seemed disorganized, messy, and the staff seemed highly stressed out. The menu seemed nice when it came to options; however, the bakery ran out of majority of their bagel flavors.

The area didn't appear to be very well kept or clean which is somewhat concerning when you're eating food. I'm not sure how this bakery is normally staffed but it seemed like they didn't have enough people there at the moment to serve the customers, prepare the food, and keep the place clean all the while.

The bagel I got tasted fine and I enjoyed my lunch with my best friend. It just wasn't a very relaxing or clean atmosphere. I will definitely come by again to give it a second chance because I'm just wondering if it was a bad day for them. My best friend usually speaks quite...
