ConeHeads Creamery — Restaurant in Vernon

This place should be shut down with the service they offer. I went with my cousin there were 2 people in front of us then it was our turn next the older man there shut the window on us and didn’t give us any service. We stood there for 2-3 min waiting thinking maybe he had to do something but then I knocked on the window and he had said in a rude manner that are closed and aren’t serving anymore as I had told him that we were just standing right there in front of the window as he began to say he didn’t see us. He told me that he had just came to the front when that is a lie. He was right there the whole time in front of the register ignoring us. I myself am a business owner and have never felt so disrespected, he could have simply told us I’m sorry we are closed I would have understood and left. But just lying being rude and saying he didn’t see us was just unexpectedly wrong. All I have to say is you guys need to get something situated talk to your stuff and communicate because I’ve read other reviews. Ice cream is definitely not the problem here...

Homemade ice cream and Italian ice with an alright variety of basic flavors. Staff was friendly however they are all high school kids so I will get service varies from day to day. The Italian ice was creamy but the actual flavor lacked the punch you found in Italian ice. The ice cream was also smooth and creamy but again the flavors were muted.

They offer 2 sizes small and large. Honestly the small is almost the size of the large so save yourself money and get a small. They nickel and dime you to death with toppings so beware.

Currently ConeHeads Creamery is the only establishment located in the former Golfland. Right now there is adequate parking. As the other attractions open if the parking lot is not expanded there will...

I really don’t understand the bad reviews, it seems like they are illegitimate Service is ridiculously friendly, and very quick I get “times are tough” but “prices are high”? I paid less than $10 for a small and a medium , and they were both MASSIVE in portion size. Everything apparently is homemade, most local ice cream shops ship their ice cream from other places, and this is the highest quality ice cream in town by a mile. Which is really saying something since Ellington provides a lot of competition. This is my new spot, keep up the good work guys you can’t please everyone, but you have certainly pleased me...
