If you are traveling on 84 and want to stop at this dunkin think again! You’re better off going somewhere else. Orders are always wrong and customer service is absolutely terrible. I’ve had many situations at this Dunkin’ for the last 4 years living in the area. Orders always items missing, coffees made wrong, somehow “Steak and cheese roll ups” sounds like “Bacon and cheese roll up”. And time and time again getting wrong items or not getting the items orders. Make sure if and when you order a turbo shot, you ask for it on the side. Watch the scramble when you get to the window; they’ll argue with you and tell you they put it in the coffee. But than you take a sip of the coffee and it’s more cream than coffee. Or how about this one; order in the drive thru, no line behind you but they still have you move to the front to wait for some of your order; the individual is seen talking, taking her time only to come outside with the wrong order. Than have to go back inside only to proceed to look through the order, I walk in as I’m now running later than I should be to get to a clients house, to see her leaning over the coffees with her arms on the tops of the coffees that if I didn’t see her do that I would have drank from...through all this COVID-19 bs...really? Honestly this morning was the last straw; I simply ordered a medium hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar and an order of the Steak and cheese roll up. I get to the window, given everything right away, I check my food because I’ve experienced problems time and time again...shocker; the order was wrong. I proceed to exclaim the order is wrong and the first response I get is “that’s what you ordered”. Absolutely not. Steak and bacon do not even sound the same. At first I wasn’t going to follow through with it, I drove off. Figured at first, my mistake for even going to this dunkin, plus I like bacon, whatever... first bite into the damn thing the bacon is chewy and not even cooked. Still have both wraps with one bite taken out. I proceed to take a sip of my coffee. Not even hazelnut! I honesty can provide story after story of wrong food orders, arguments with the staff. I’ve gone to the extent of calling their HR personnel when the girl put her arm on the top of the drinks. How was I supposed to know I wouldn’t have gotten Covid because of that? I wanted it on record. Like I said in the beginning, if you live in the area drive to the other dunkin near the CVS and the Family Dollar, and if your on 84, just keep driving or go for the coffee at McDonald’s or Burger King if you’re really in need...

A cashier Kayla or Kaylee approximately 2 afternoon was RUDE she was working on another task at register counting donuts and she acted as if I was interrupting her!! She got my order wrong 1st off then instead of me going too end too pick up order inside at counter? She called me back to front WITHOUT any eye contact pushed drink in my hand!! It slipped out and went all over floor!! I wanted my $$ back told me I couldn't have $$ back had too make me another cold brew!! She didnt ask if I got any of the Med. Size drink on me nor the other people behind me The woman behind me was in wheel chair and I am Handicapped as well!! I have neck/back issues!! I never felt so uncomfortable before in any D& D store Many have been Dirty stores bathrooms and people behind counter too!! This last insadent really Iced the Cake!! Since I've not received call back from the # I couldn't get from anybody at the D & D this happened at manager and others refused too give me # so?? I finally got the number from Rockville store on RT 83 near Donamois pizza!! I've left 4 messages guess now I go too a higher SOURCE such as Better BUSINESS / HEALTH Dept and local newspapers Friends watch out for how you get treated at some D & D's you maybe treated unkind!! Read morewent there twice the week of 4/11/16 in the morning before work both times the young lady seemed to be taking her time. The second time she went off to make coffee instead of acknowledging me. They should put someone up there that is willing to serve their customers not give them a hard time and make them be potentially late for work. Not only that when I complained to her she told me to go somewhere else then back tracked and said she would get her manager. The manager did not seem to care. and said she was going as fast as she could. I worked for D and D when I was a teen and they expect you to be "proactive" especially during peak hours. I have avoided that store in the past for the same reasons. LACK OF RESPECT TO PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! Well probably certain customers, but anyway, still wrong.
