I haven't been to Subway in years because of the controversy of the tuna and fact that the people behind the counter seemed rather shady at the franchise I had gone to. But I felt today okay I'll give it a chance and I went on the website and decided I'll go there in person and pick up the food. When I got there they hadn't heard of any of the menu items that I saw on their website which I thought was really bizarre. I was told they can make what I wanted so I gave them a list of things I wanted on my sandwich and my $7 sandwich morphed into almost $17. Read moreI just went in there to buy a Subway sandwich. The lady was very short with me and then when I'm getting ready to leave I realize I have no napkins. I start looking around. There's no napkins anywhere except for at the area you pay. I reached over to grab a couple extra napkins. Mind you the lady was attending another customer. Stop what she was doing to come snatch not napkin box from me making a big deal because I took two extra napkins. They lost a customer for life and anybody that I know. Read moreAs I entetered, to order some food, one of the employes says, o you the one that complained about the buffalo chicken. This one person who says she had worked at this location for 7 years has been rude and uncompromising, to her commitment to deliver bad service to me. Instead of apologizing or in anyway make things right she's goes into explaining why I'm wrong and she's right. I don't care I just came to get food, and talk with her boss. Since their has been no response yet, Just a fair warning to other customers, apparently you should know how to make all the sandwiches...
