The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and perfect whether you want to sit down with a book, catch up with friends, or work quietly for a few hours. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which immediately set a positive tone for the visit.

The highlight, of course, was the coffee. Their menu has a creative selection, I tried the cardamom and blueberry latte, and it was absolutely amazing—smooth, aromatic, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. The cardamom added a subtle spiced warmth, while the blueberry gave a refreshing, slightly fruity twist. It’s definitely one of the most unique lattes I’ve had, and it shows that the café puts real thought into curating interesting flavor profiles.

The presentation of the drinks was also beautiful, and everything felt freshly prepared with care. Prices were reasonable, and I felt like I got great value for the experience. As a coffee professional it's not always easy to say a cafe is a 5-Star experience because I'm always looking at everything! However, for Radial Coffee, it was up and down 5 Stars when we went there back in January. We ordered a Cortado, Cappuccino, Sourdough Cinnamon Roll, and a Blueberry Maple Scone. Baristas nailed the drinks and so did the baker! Bravo on the quality of the espresso and what great pastries! On my way out I got a black drip and again, the roaster nailed this blend. Cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product as well.

The environment was also fantastic. It is a small space but the communal seating was welcoming and anyone can appreciate how the cafe is set up. They used their space VERY well when building out. If you’re passing through and debating on where to go for a kick of caffeine, you absolutely go here. What a mistake it would be to settle for a chain drive through coffee when this is right down the road.

It is not an exaggeration when I say this is in the top 10 of the best lattes I’ve ever had worldwide. The oat milk was so velvety and creamy, which is so hard to come by for oat milk lattes. The flavoring was good, but not overpoweringly sweet like many end up being the flavor was displaced throughout the coffee, and not just sitting like a syrupy sediment in the bottom of the cup. Honestly, I’m amazed at the good fortune to find such a good cup of coffee on a whim during a road trip.
