Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Vero Beach

Take out | Dinner | $10–20 Went through the drive through last night around 8 pm with order for family of four. Was asked to move ahead for a few minutes out of traffic so they could complete the order. The young girl gave us the food after a few minutes and we left. Halfway home we realized they had forgotten a salad and Mac and cheese so we went back through the drive through and told them of their mistake. Waited again in the same lane for a few minutes and another young man brought us the forgotten items. No one apologized, no one went out of their way to make us feel better. The whole ordeal was 30-45 minutes and we went home with cold fries and sandwiches. Really disappointing especially for chick fil a. Will not be going back because their customer service is nonexistent and they got a bunch of children playing games in the drive through not paying attention. Almost 60$ for that lesson...

Shorted my order and then was very difficult to get rectified! When they did, it was bare minimum. Then the guy wants to tell me to have a better day as I walk away when he is the one making my day bad in the first place for this whole inconvenience! Pretty aggravating experience and waste of my time and gas to go back! I will not be supporting that location with anymore of my company or personal business. (FYI I accidently called the other location and they were going to go above and beyond for my inconvenience. Even after I called back and they knew I didn't order from them, they still offered to give me a free meal for my inconvenience! Now that is service! That is doing right by a customer after "their" mistake! I'll be going to their page to leave a 5 star raving review next! Add I will drive across town for better...

Good concept but the employees are more interested in their friends that come and want to hang out. Yes I watched as someone laughed and played with the 'customer' in the car behind me with their food while I waited for mine. I even ordered just a bag of ice once and was told to park at the sign ahead. No joke, 10 seconds after I stopped someone comes out with the ice. What was the point?

Other times I have gotten meals. Usually no salt on fries, chicken is very hit or miss on cooked well. What really irks me though, is the sticker with may name and order is always stuck to the top of my drink on the lid. Completely covering where the straw goes. So thank you for feeding me some adhesive with my drink purchase.
