Casey's — Restaurant in Verona

I always like coming here. It's always really clean and the staff is always really nice. I also love that they have carwashes half off on Wednesdays, major plus because I baby my car and wash it 2 to 3 times a week during the winter to try and keep the salt off as much as possible. There are only 2 things I don't like about this place. 1, the hours. They don't open until 7am and they close at 10pm. I realize we are still in the middle of a pandemic which is why this doesn't affect my star rating. I just wish it was morelike 6am to 11pm. And 2, So even though the hours are 7am-10pm the pumps are still open where you can get gas using your debit and or credit card BUT they keep the lights off and early in the morning it is PITCH BLACK!!! I am a kidnapping survivor and I do not feel safe or comfortable getting out of the car getting gas when the gas station is this dark. I'm always a loyal customer with businesses I like and I feel bad that I cannot get gas there if I am on the road early in the morning. I will not get gas there with it being that dark. It would be really cool if they could leave the lights on at the pumps during closed hours since the pumps are technically still open. Still giving them 5 stars because I like Casey's so much. Oh and for a gas station, their pizza is better than most places. Just throwing that out there because who doesn't like...

Where to start… 50% of the time this store isn’t open during their posted hours. Closing early, opening late. Odd hours as well, they don’t open until 7:00 am. Recently they had a “snow day”. I guess due to the snow they couldn’t be open. Tried to get gas this morning but the pumps were off. I’d consider the Casey’s in Verona to be more of an inconvenience store rather than convenience. Kwik Trip is able to do the basic things like be open during posted hours and during routine Wisconsin weather.

Memorial Day… one of the busiest travel days of the year. Imagine going into a gas station and the ice cream, slushie and soda fountains are all out of order. Very few selections at the soda fountain available… plus no ice in either machine, completely empty.

The lady at the counter was barely coherent and mumbled her way through the transaction. Followed with a 2 second mumble of have a nice day that the best hearing aid in the world would have had issues picking up.

The only reason I stop here is because it’s literally a minute drive from my home. At this point it’s worth driving an extra 2-3 minutes to Kwik Trip as this place just doesn’t have any semblance of structure, management or desire to provide basic services...

I love this gas station. I've been working out of town and stopping here basically every day and I got kisserie rewards too. So I've been yeah, so happy. The staff that we're here is so I love customer service. Good customer service is so hard to come by. And these guys nail it every single employee here should get a raise and a Pat on the back. They do such a good job and they're so pleasant and so polite. Thank you so much for bringing customer service back and doing such a stellar job at what you do and your pizza by far the bomb. Now case's pizza in general is probably some of the best pizza ever anywhere and I travel the entire country. So believe me when I say I know good pizza, but you guys here at this Casey's, oh my gosh, the best, the best Casey's pizza I've ever had.
