I can't say enough about Daniel and the level of service at Wrap Lab LLC. We entrusted our brand new Rivian R1S with him while we were out of the country for a full matte PPF wrap, full chrome delete, front side window tinting, and ceramic coating. They delivered above and beyond expectations.

The Work: Wrap Lab did an amazing job, the vehicle looks great. It turns heads and will be safe from rock chips and dog scratches for years to come.

The Price: Let's be honest. A full Matte PPF ain't cheap and Rivians are larger vehicles than average. I shopped around and they are competitive with anyone in the area. We paid through Zelle which was a little unusual but otherwise we would have had to pay 3% credit card fees.

The Service: Top notch. Daniel sent me pics and a detailed status report several times while we were out of the country. One issue surfaced during their initial cleaning - at the factory or service center prior to us taking delivery, Rivian had apparently glued down a loose trim piece and the pH neutral soap dissolved the glue, leaving a residue and loosening the trip. Daniel cleaned it up and taped it with 3M black vinyl tape until Rivian fixed it, and then re-wrapped and chrome deleted the trim again for us at the Verona shop. He also walked me through how to wash the car to protect the ceramic coating and hooked me up with some free power washer nozzles and his recommendations for supplies.

After conducting a lot of research and personally visiting three different businesses, I chose to have Wrap Lab apply partial paint protection film and ceramic coating to my 2022 Lexus ES 350 RC. I chose Wrap Lab because the owner, Daniel, was extremely responsive regarding my questions (including during the weekend), he educated me and, based on his knowledge, I knew that Wrap Lab was the best place to take my vehicle. Daniel, Mike, Arbit, and Enes did an amazing job on my car! The paint protection film is almost invisible given the expertise of the installation, and the ceramic coating sheds water with ease and helps to keep the car clean. Based on my research, I learned that not all paint protection film is created equal nor is the application process. Depending on the condition of your car's paint, preparation is key. Value isn't WHAT you pay--value is what you GET for what you pay. I learned this the hard way regarding paint protection film that I purchased for a previous vehicle. You can find "cheaper" alternatives to Wrap Lab, but I believe you will be hard pressed to find better products and quality of application. If you value your car appearance as much as I do, Wrap Lab delivers. These guys do incredible work, and their customer service is equally as amazing. I entrusted them to put tint on my brand new 2025 BMW M240i, while it was still under 500 miles (and most of that was from driving it back from the dealer in Illinois where I bought it). They did a phenomenal job! They did so well that I immediately booked them to ceramic coat it before even leaving the shop. I just got back from picking it up from being coated, and THAT is the real stunner. Tint is tint, if you do a good job they should all look the same, relatively speaking. Ceramic coating, on the other hand, can be done poorly and it would be evident immediately. Well, the second I saw the car you could tell they knew what they were doing and they are masters of their craft! The color popped, the lines were crisp in the sun and everything shimmered.
