7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Versailles

7 Brew is my absolute favorite coffee place back home in Missouri. I keep trying to like this one and I'm driving from Frankfort to get coffee here but I consistently just get a cup of air! I don't know what they're doing wrong at this one but when I buy my coffee at home the cup is full it doesn't settle to more than half the Cup being foam! I spent over $25 and I got three cups of air and this isn't the first time, but it will be my last time at this location. I'll just save my time, gas, and money and go to Dunkin from here on out the remainder of our time here. Pic of what should be a Sweet & Salty Chiller with Xtra shot but what I got are cups of foam. Edited: Adding additional Pic of coffee after foam completely settled, payed for large chillers maybe it's a small after settling & tasted like pure syrup today. I buy 3 to 4 of these when I'm at home because I live 60 miles away from the nearest location and this never happens! I put them in the fridge and the cups are still full...

Maybe the rudest customer service we have experienced. We ordered 4 drinks, two blondies, a decaf blondie with banana and a 5 shot blondie with banana. Simple. They apparently messed up a drink, so we were waiting on one, but we didn’t know which. She came out and said it’s one with banana. I tried to tell her we only have two with banana, one is decaf and one has extra shots. She said decaf was marked, but the only one marked was much darker than the others. I said so the decaf is the one with five shots? Then she just kept raising her voice saying “did you order a 5 shot decaf!?” Which was confusing and weird, because I was just trying to confirm if any of them were decaf, because I can’t have caffeine. We were running late and I finally gave up trying to confirm with her and we left and trashed all of them, rather than trying to play caffeine roulette. Just a ick experience. Unorganized and rude...

Well as a 5 to 8 time a week patrons I guess it's time I let yall know. Yalls batistas have been dropping the ball. My drinks been wrong every single time and looks diffrent every single time. It's rushed or it's just thrown together and dripping wet. Not happy about my 9$ drinks being made wrong every single day. I mean this Versailles and this is what always happens when we get something good. The employees slack off and buisness leave Versailles. Yall need to fix this. I give yall a lot of money weekly. I'm gonna try 1 more time after today and I'll be done if yall can't get it right or wanna give me a dripping cup, yall couldn't wipe off. (2 pictures same drink 2 days in a row....
