McDonald's — Restaurant in Versailles

Stopped through here twice, Friday and today on Sunday. Definitely will be picking another location when we come through here again, or maybe a different restaurant all together. The manager at this location was pretty unfriendly to interact with, and served us cold fries after we waited nearly a half an hour for the order... Which was a McChicken, a small fry, 4 nuggets, and a drink... That they were unable to make, which I understand is through no fault of their own! The LADIES restrooms were out of stock on toilet paper on the same side at both stops. That stall is also filthy, and looks like it hasn't been touched since we stopped in Friday tbh. The management here definitely should be retrained on customer care, quality products, and cleanliness standards because we're not lovin it... and neither were the other ladies waiting in the bathroom for the only stall with toilet paper to be available. I'm NOT local, but I AM a local guide for Google. I am telling you, YOUR LOCALS ARE UNHAPPY. They warned me when I walked in today that there's only ever one stall with supplies when they visit. This is a BAD LOOK when you're on a MAJOR TRAVEL ROUTE!!! As a former area manager in food services, this establishment's management team should be ashamed of the service they bring their customers at 11am Sundays and 8pm Fridays which are some of your BUSIEST hours and days!!! This is your best chance to MAKE that customer relation, and instead you're hitting it with a shovel...

I never like being the one to say this, but this location is the worst McDonald's around, hands down. I know many many others that would agree 100% as well. I can honestly say that out of the hundreds of times I've been to this location, not one time have they ever gotten a single order correct. I have 4 kids of my own and 5 step kids so when we go to McDonald's it's not a cheap trip, EVER. Our orders usually total somewhere between $40-50 minimum each time we go. 90% of the time the staff acts like you are troubling them when you come there, or they're just plain rude about everything. There is always just 1 or 2 nice employees that are pretty much holding down the fort. And it's usually some bottom of the food chain employee, definitely not a manager or anything. And if you have something wrong with your order don't even bother calling them or complaining… Anytime I have attempted this they either A, don't even bother to answer the phone (No matter how many times you try...) or B, the few times that they DO answer the phone, they tell you that they are going to mail you some gift certificates to fix their mistakes or put a credit in the system for you and take your info but they never really put it in or mail anything at all lol! This is happened to me more times than I can even count. It's no wonder they can't keep employees there... I know I...

I got home and checked my food, they gave me a regular egg mcmuffin instead of a sausage mcmuffin and stressed to them to make sure it has SAUSAGE on it.. mine and my sons mcmuffins weren't even toasted so they felt gummy and raw, sandwiches were not hot so I can tell they've been sitting there for a while..... and I ordered a Caramel Iced Latte and they make it different EVERY single time where sometimes it tastes delicious and sweet and sometimes just watered down coffee... they even give me different sizes every time...ni usually ask for a large, sometimes they give me that HUGE cup and sometimes they give me a "large" that clearly says M (medium) on the side of the cup...
