Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Vestavia Hills

Ordered at 5:42, supposed to be ready at 6:20 however they never checked online orders. Told me to come back at 7:15. At 7:15 order was not ready even tho the status board said it was. There are locker numbers & when order is ready it will say the locker number your food is in. Mine said locker 1 however someone else’s food was in 1. I checked the other lockers and none of the bags had any names on them. Good luck figuring those out. I then waited until 7:49 for them to prepare wings and fries only to get home and several items weren’t in the bag & fries were cold and stale. HORRIBLE experience. There were at least 10 or more employees and it’s still the worst location possible. They aren’t serving seated guests so they should be a little better organized especially when orders are placed on line and they can read what each order is....

I have had the pleasure of eating here about 4 times now. I was shocked to discover just how excellent their burgers are! I had a good coupon and I am so glad I tried it. It may sound silly, but dedicated burger joints with exorbitant prices can no longer compare. I would eat their barbecue bacon burger any and every day of my life. It is on my fabled list of foods I put in the "Yummy" category. The people here know how to do burgers unlike the regular locations I have tried. On top of all that, the wings are sizable and cooked to perfection! I have yet to have an issue with any order I have placed and those working here are always so kind to me. 2/15/24 The cashier was rude as I was there with my boyfriend, I walked in ( I have ASD) said a big hello she didn’t even look my way just spoke to him . whom she engaged with told him about her new job I said congratulations she being shorter than me still acted as if I was invisible. I’m placing the order but she is asking again but to my boyfriend. I’m standing in front I’m ordering not him . This place isn’t freindly .
