I work right down the street from this Chick-fil-A so I eat here almost every morning for breakfast. I go here so much, in fact, that some of the employees know my car and don’t have to ask me for my name in the drive-thru, they just go ahead and check my order in for me. The past few months they’ve gone way downhill though, to the point to where I will probably stop eating at this location altogether. Their morning shift is terrible. They’re either insanely slow, get your order wrong completely, or are missing something from your order. Also, their “side” of hashbrowns has been consisting of like MAYBE 5 or 6 hashbrowns in the box, so I’ve been ordering an additional hashbrown with my breakfast to make up for the lack of food they give (which I shouldn’t have to order an EXTRA side just to get enough food, but that’s a different topic for another day). Anyway, this morning I did my usual thing- ordered my breakfast with an additional hashbrown. I got back to work and noticed that I didn’t have my extra side of hashbrowns. That’s not even what irritated me the most. I called the location to let them know that I was missing something from my order. A girl answered so I told her my name and explained to her that I was just there a few minutes ago and that I was missing an order of hashbrowns from my order. She asked me if I had 2 chicken biscuits. I told her no and repeated what I ordered. She asked me yet again if I was the order with the 2 chicken biscuits. I told her, again, that that was not my order, repeated the name and my order. She then caught an attitude and sassily said, “we don’t have an order with that name. If you come up here you can get your hashbrowns.” I told her that I was back at work, so I wasn’t able to come up there right now, but asked if I could get them tomorrow. She said, “yeah” and then hung up. Look, if I wanted to be spoken to with an attitude, I’d go to McDonald’s. Actually, the McDonald’s down the street has WAY better customer service than that. I’ve given this location chance after chance, but they continue to mess up more than they don’t and NOW they’ve got rude people working there, so yeah, you can keep the hashbrowns, I’ll just eat somewhere else from now on. This is the only Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had...
Read moreMy co workers and I ordered as a group through our mobile app for lunch. Now, don't get me wrong the service from the drive was excellent. I've arrive to the window to pickup the orders and pulled off. As I was getting closer to my destination with the food. I've noticed that one of my orders didn't have their drinks. So I had to turn around and go back to the restaurant to get what was left off of me order(future reference: please make sure your customers doesn't leave without getting everything that they have order). I walked inside and told one of the employees that I did not receive my drinks for one of my orders in which they did give me my drinks. But once I returned to my job with the food my co workers mentioned that there fries are cold. I have checked my fries and there were cold so I've once called the location and let them know that all of the fries in our order were cold. The lady that answeredand I have explained to her that I had just left from drive thru and the fries are cold. She apologized to me and stated that I can come back and get some fresh fries. So once again I had to return back to the location (Vestavia, AL) but once I get inside, I step to the side and spoke with an employee and explained that i just called about some fries. The employee clearly didn't know what I was talking about. Then once she spoke with another employee that's when she finally came back to me and stated that they needed the old fries. Which was not stated to me over the phone about the old fries. So with that being said I had to leave again and bring the old fries back. I had been to this location 3 times. By the 3rd time my order had gotten completely cold. I brought the old fries and my whole order back and asked could I get my food remade over and they declined it. That is not right and not fair. We honestly work down the street from the location and my food and fries shouldn't be cold and mind you I shouldn't have to go to this location more than once because of...
Read moreI know what most of you rating fans are going to think after reading my post here and all other rating post I've written but what any of you think doesn't matter.
Yes, I am disabled and have been since birth and with that said let me add this.
I have nothing to do in my older age but to notice everything I come in contact with but, my views are my own and has nothing to do with any of yours.
When this location first open it had the best staff and service of any Chick-Fil-A in Jefferson County. Me and my deaf wife stayed in this place at least twice a week just because of it's staff.
We're NOT against any people of race I assure you but what we can't understand with these owners are the fact why they didn't have any black workers there from day one till after they had been opened for sometime now just about all their white workers have been replaced with blacks.
Not saying their workers today (March 4. 2019) can't do the work but it's as most every other places in the worse county in Alabama to change from up to down.
Who cares? Well today's children (YOU) don't care that certain things are being pushed down our throats.
Our business isn't anything to this one or others but we won't keep paying out money to businesses that shows how they really feel when they open their doors to one people then change colors after getting customers business.
It's still a good place. Just seems to lost it's...
