Today I had the worst experience at this location. I ordered my normal drink: Iced Americano with cream and 6 Splenda. I am a type 1 diabetic. that means I am insulin dependent. I have to take insulin for every carb I consume or my blood sugar will spike to dangerous levels QUICKLY. I personally avoid sugary drinks because those carbs spike my blood sugar too high too quickly even with the appropriate amount of insulin, hence the Splenda. Well, today, a snotty woman name Brandi took my order and had the audacity to make fun of me! When i told her i wanted 4 cream for a large ( the standard amount for a large) she said "you need all that cream to cover up the nasty Splenda flavor" and let out a snarky laugh. I assume she didnt realize her mic was still on. I brushed it off but the bad experiences didn't stop there. when i was given my drink i took a big gulp only to get a mouth full of regular granulated SUGAR!!!!! I understand that people get into a habit and forget so my sister politely explained the mistake and asked for it to be remade without regular sugar as I had requested when I ordered. (id like to note that the label on the cup said 4 cream 6 Splenda so I know she put it in the computer correctly) the woman (Brandi) said "they all come with sugar" she snapped. I replied politely "no ma'am they do not. I get this drink all the time with no regular sugar" my sister (who is in the drivers seat btw)handed her the drink back. she snatched it after my sister pointed out the sugar pooled at the bottom. with a very sassy tone Brandi replied "looks like Splenda to me but whatever." and rolled her eyes. Its one thing to make a drink wrong, ill never write a bad review for that, we are all human and all make mistakes. I worked at a Dunkin myself and made plenty of drinks wrong! but to make fun of someone and then ARGUE with them when they kindly ask for a remake for HEALTH purposes is unprofessional and honestly, in my opinion, grounds for termination. no one deserves to be treated in such a way. Read moreThis location is extremely inconsistent with service. Today I made my order on the app, and when I arrived at the store the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. This ALWAYS means a 30-45 minute wait. I got out and tried to go in store since my order should have already been made and waiting by this point so I should have been able to walk in and pick it up off the counter. Ended up the front door was locked and the employee inside pointed at the drive thru window. So, either be forced to wait 30-45 minutes or abandon your order, I chose to abandon the order since the app conveniently doesn’t allow you to cancel an order. This location seem to have a management problem. The employees in the store seem to be doing what they’re supposed to, but there just aren’t enough of them, this particular day their only appeared to be one employee in the store. The bag was sealed and the bacon was not included. I applied for refund and received it. I decided to call the store to let them know about the mistake (as I am in restaurant and I know I would want to know) a young lady answered the phone and was VERY rude from start to finish. I asked for her name and she hung up. I tried to call back and it was busy. She then called me back and was very rude again. She said I got my refund soooo???? She also said that she was in the bathroom when the order came in and when the order went out so she has no idea what was in the bag. She spoke over me and she was rude completely. I told her not to worry about it that I was going to rectify the situation and then I hung up.
