Let me 1st apologize about the presentation of this sandwich because it was beautiful well put together before I got home laid up in my movie theater demolished it😜🤣 .. babbby when tell you this buffalo chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing 😋you guys OMG .. let me say this I used to go to this store a while back and I honestly didn’t like the workers ethics and attitudes in this store so I stopped going to this location.. on my riding food search journey with a hungry stomach, I decided to stop by and give it another try.. I’m so glad I did the Manager Mrs. Fran was so so nice OMG .. she went above and beyond to make sure my food was like I wanted it, that I was happy and the food was delicious every single bite.. Update: My review of this place has gone from 5 to 1 Star. Over the past couple of months the service has gone way, way down. Every order we have placed online has not been ready when we arrive AND we wait longer than if we had just ordered at the counter. The last order we waited 30 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready. We had already paid online so we waited. I do not see us going back to this location. We were ordering online at least 3 or 4 times a month. I see from the past several reviews we are not alone. This place makes a great sandwich. Everything is always so fresh. The app makes ordering very convenient. We can place an order with the app including payment and then we just stop by 10-15 minutes later and they hand us our sandwiches and we are back out the door in 30 seconds or less. I am an undergraduate student in the Birmingham area and an active member of our colleges Outdoor and Adventure Club. This weekend, we participated in a serve day, where we left campus to give back to the community. We were fortunate to connect with Fran Garza, General Manager, and Lianna Lawson, Assistant General Manager, of Jersey Mike’s, who graciously donated boxed lunches for all our members who took part in the serve day.
