i came here about a week ago with my family for the first time and ms. alicia (not sure of the spelling because i got her name from another employee before i left but i think she’s one of the managers) was 10/10 amazing! it was 5 of us and we all walked in looking at the menu trying to decide and she asked us if we’d ever eaten here before. we all replied “no” and she immediately turned around, starting pulling things out of a drawer, even disappeared around the corner. when she came back she had a tray with some chicken tenders, fries, and a few different sauce options. she let us all taste their different sauces with the chicken and fries before we even ordered to give us a better idea of what we wanted. i said what fast food establishment you know that do that?! on top of that, the samples were amazing so my family and i were even more excited to eat there. we ordered, sat down and ate once they brought all our food out and everything was so good. too bad we were just visiting but the next time i’m in birmingham, TRUST i will be back to eat at milo’s (hopefully this same location 😉) thank you again and a special shoutout to ms. alicia for making this a great fast food experience for...

Yelling out loud about closing the lobby up while customers are waiting and dining in. Customer service is awful- even the older crew got it bad. The trans man boldly lied in my face about dropping fries twice. You can clearly tell the difference. Cool. Instead of fixing the order the lady with the dentures claimed they were out of chicken…. But 5 mins prior was yelling how she can’t wait to go home and lock the doors, “I’m not serving no more chicken.” Just ghetto and ignorant for no reason. We get it, you want to be heard and you’re ready to go home, but baby as a manager, acting like that? Anyways I went back in because my food was either dropped twice or just sitting… I was told I would be charged for something that was wrong on their behalf. 2/10. Read moreI visited Milos for a late lunch on Highway 31 and Vestavia. Although it was late they were very busy with the drive-through wrapped around the building. I chose to go inside to eat. After about 5 seconds I was greeted politely and the young lady behind the register was new and whoever was shadowing her was not bothered by the fact that she had to ask a question and then another question do to the way that I ordered and paid. My total was 10.47 and I accidentally gave her $20.40 in order to get a $10 bill back , I forgot the additional 7 cent, so she was trying to figure out how to enter that in the computer Etc. The moral of this post is I can tell this location has great teamwork, attitude, precise timing and runs like a well-oiled machine.
