Los Parrilleros — Restaurant in Vicksburg

I’ll start out by saying that if you take the time to look the management team, nor the owner, has taken the time to respond to any reviews. That alone should say a lot. I wish I could say one good thing about this place. The cheese was watered down, it was like water with a tiny bit of cheese added. Then the beans were watered down as well. The only good thing about the meal was the drinks!!! After being nickeled and dimed on everything that was ordered, almost $6.00 for a watered down scoop of beans and a scoop of dry rice (I guess they ran out of water), I decided to go to the register to pay the bill since the waiter did not want to come collect the check, the young lady at the register was either extremely flirtatious with the guy that was paying for his order, or it was her boyfriend. After he paid she just abruptly left the register with me standing there, saying absolutely nothing as she did. Another person came to accept payment and I expressed my issues and was told “thank you for letting us know so we can do better.” The issue with watering down the food has been reviewed upteen times and it hadn’t changed!! Anyhow I paid the bill and went out to the car. The game guy that was being either extremely flirtatious or was the boyfriend road by screaming that I needed to “return to Texas and not come back.” What is funny about it is that I am not from Texas. Service was great. Food was amazing and the waiter was fast and very nice. The only problem I have with this restaurant was a girl named Nichole. She was very rude . Laughing at my boyfriend and I as we walked through the door . We received our check and went to check out and she stormed off without saying a word . Another women was at the checkout ( she was talking to the Nichole girl when we walked in ) she also walked away from us rudely. We stood up there for 5 minutes before another young man walked up to the cash register and took our check. We ordered cheese dip and when it came to the table it was like water. It would not stay on the chip. The chips were delicious. I brought it to their attention and they replaced it with a bowl of lumpy cheese stuff. Very disappointed. The enchilada, chili rellino and chapula I ordered came out. The enchilada was cold!! The chili Relleno was flavorful but had little to no cheese inside it. The champagne was a tostado. The wide ordered two chicken enchiladas. They brought out 3 cheese enchiladas that were COLD!!! We brought it to their attention and they replaced it with the correct entree. But it wasn't correct. It was supposed to have guacamole on it but didn't. I would not recommend...
