Hobby Lobby — Local services in Vicksburg

I loved hobby lobby until about 5 minutes ago at the Vicksburg location. I was getting some card stock to make something for my baby shower. I paid and walked to my car and realized I shouldn't have spent $20 plus dollars on paper. Go back in and tell the cashier Trista that the paper should have been half off, she continues to tell me it wasn't. I left the paper walked back to where I got it from and found another employee to look with me. She said yes ma'am it's half off. Walk back to Trista and tell her it is on sale she continues to tell me it's not. I said just call your manager because I'm not about to argue with you. Manager comes I take him to where I got the paper he said oh yeah it's on sale. The entire time the paper doesn't have a name on it. Get back to the register with Trista she still trying to tell me it's not. I said just let your manager handle it. Manager apologized cashier didn't....

I am a Walmart Store Manager and understand why it's important to keep our business "zoned", clean and prices correct and posted. Hobby Lobby's "zone" and level of cleanliness motivated me to increase my standards for our store. They were so neat I hardly found a thing out of place as I walked their entire store looking for ideas to decorate my new place. It was a nice experience. The color schemes gave me great ideas with the difficulties I was having with designing my new place, now I'm ready to decorate!!! Thanks...

Hobby Lobby never fails to overwhelm me when I walk into one of their stores. I admittedly never have and never will spend money because of them being very homophobic and that whole thing where they funded ISIS by buying illegally obtained artifacts... But their store seems so junky. They couldn't decide what they wanted to be so they decided to be Home Goods/ Michael's/ and Joanns combined...the effect being a cluttered store that you'd probably spend hours in and still never find what you're...
