This Pizza Hut, on Vicksburg's south side, across from the semi-abandoned Vicksburg Mall, has the worst service I've ever experienced. They never gave us our food, refused to refund, and then ordered us to leave. The first person to come to the counter when I went to order seemed unable to understand that I wanted to place order for food. Another person was called over, and the order proceeded normally from there, telling me, "it'll be about 15 to 20 minutes". After about a half hour, I went back up and asked about our order, and again, others were called, and the manager or supervisor was consulted. She shook her head as she walked over to me, and told me they had given our pizza to someone else. I asked for a refund, and was told "we can't do that". When I questioned this (one of the rules the credit card companies have is the ability to do refunds and corrections), I was told "we don't do refunds". I was told I'd have to wait another 15 minutes or so, while they remade our order. I was starving by this point, and with burgers right down the street, I declined. I plan on contacting my bank about this, and Pizza Hut Management. All in all, we wasted nearly an hour, got kicked out (yes I did lose it when the supervisor/manager refused to refund my card), and we went hungry until we got burgers. They should just close their lobby like most of the restaurants...
Read moreFriday I placed a delivery order for the following day at noon to a business. I am a sales rep so I was trying to ensure they received for a meeting. The business informed me that they had not received their pizzas yet. I called PHut and they advised they voided the order because they close before that time as it was after 1100 pm. First, my order was placed for the following day at NOON. Second, it was to a business so why would I send at midnight? Third, they didn’t try and call the number I gave. A manager did call back and let me know that they would comp it if I wanted to reorder. I called back today telling I need to replace my delivery order for this coming Saturday at noon and they told me they couldn’t find my order and kept me on phone for 25 minutes to finally take a new order to tell me they don’t have delivery drivers before 5:00 pm. I don’t live there so I can’t pick up. Am I in twilight zone. I’m appalled at lack of professionalism and service...
Read moreI purchased 2 cinnamon rolls plus 2 medium pizzas. Notwithstanding I had my puppy in the car with me, when I was handed my order, the top box of cinnamon rolls slid right off the stack and landed on the carpet of the floor. I tried to catch it but the box was steaming hot!. I ended up purchasing another order of cinnamon rolls. The employee said it should be ready in about 10 minutes. In the meantime. I drove to the gas station down the street to clean the mess off my carpet. When I returned approx 20 minutes later, I was told to drive around again because my order was not quite ready. No problem. When I received my order...again popping hot, I was going to ask for a bag as to not make another mess. But I chose not to. I believe it should be standard practice to use bags, especially at the drive thru, when handling multiple size containers that may slide...
