verizon is the worst carrier ever just look at there Facebook Page at first I thought it was the best until my experience and realize they have no customers because they lie just to make commission customers beware of Blake Cupstid he constantly lied to us about everything I kept calling customer service to get issues from the lies addressed and they refused I went to social media and they blocked me because they dont like negativity but they have tons of it and only 1 star rating on BBB that tells you alot about a business they owe me about $2000 in personal belongings I had to sale because of his lies I've been banned from them because I threatened them after they told me they wouldn't give me my money back it took over a month to receive the phones they couldn't get my original phone to work on there network so I used another personal temporary phone and I wasn't really looking to buy new phones but we are also limited at my residents on carrier options but he lied and told us that was there nearby tower and he lied and told me it wouldn't be any cost other than taxes on the phones we went in 3 weeks before black Friday and wanted the buy one get one free deal so he promised to order the phones so we waited for weeks thinking they were being shipped but he didnt order the phones for whatever reason and we missed the deal talk about being angry than on black Friday he said we could get a new deal $400 off each but he told us we had to come up with a $500 down payment WHAT!!! what happened to just paying taxes on the phones by this time we had missed the 15 day grace period and remember it took a month to receive our phones so we couldn't cancel and we were just hoping things would get better when we questioned him he said because of my credit but why did he lie at the beginning we could have used the others credit or opted out completely before the grace period and we just did not have that kind of money we had to sale my belongings which loses value when you sale it so I didnt get but about $600 for $2000 worth of Electronics if I had to rebuy it I could have made other options but he lied he also stole my smartwatch after lying once again and telling me the credit would go towards two otterbox cases for the phones after leaving I noticed on our receipts he charged me for the cases anyway and customer service just wanted to give me a $150 credit for a $350 smartwatch uh No Thanks he also offered us a hum he claimed was free and kept trying to talk us into it after leaving and investigating he once again lied he charged us taxes on it and we were going to be billed every month for 2 years for it we went back in the store to get a refund and return it and kept telling the other rep he was a liar she didnt like it and basically took up for him because I was causing a scene he also lied about Verizon phones being carrier unlocked and they are not he did not tell the truth on anything but im leaving them a bill over $3,000 which includes device charges and I'll never pay them unless they give me my $2000 back to repurchase belongings I had to sale because of his lies and I'm disputing all charges with collections I also changed my debit card number so they can't draft illegally which they are known to do according to Facebook posts from others I took there phones to a new carrier in exchange for credits instead of using them for fear of them blacklisting them and got a better deal better service at my residents and better plan and is a heck of a lot cheaper and they only charged me taxes on the new phones which was only $90 Verizon will continue to lose business because they refuse to...
Read moreI was sold on the idea of switching to Verizon from ATT based on Verizon's offer to install their wi-fi system, but the one they signed me up for wasn't up to the job, so they took it back and scheduled me for installation of their more powerful unit. THEY STOOD ME UP 3 TIMES. No show, while I cooled my heels waiting for their installer to show up. Each time they rescheduled me, they sent me to the back of the line. AFTER 7 OR 8 WEEKS WITH NO TV AND NO COMPUTER, THEY FINALLY ADMITTED THEY NO LONGER CARRIED THE TYPE WI-FI SYSTEM REQUIRED for my needs. Also, I went there with the stated purpose of getting the latest iPhone, but they talked me into a different brand which I hated. Since it was within the allowable return time they reluctantly allowed the exchange, but claimed some of what I had paid wasn't refundable. I could forfeit this amount or walk away in which case they claimed I would owe the full amount of the 2 year contract. They ultimately rescinded more of this charge after I went the excruciating route of demanding to speak to a supervisor to whom I gave the name of my lawyer. Read moreMy son had an android and wanted an iphone, so I bought him one for his birthday online. However, when we tried to activate it at home it just wouldn't work. I went into the Verizon store and as always Asinia hooked us up. What was so impressive about this trip was the fact that there were only 2 workers in the store but 7 customers. Asinia and the other worker did a very good job of multitasking by working with up tone customers at a time.
