Wendy's — Restaurant in Vicksburg

when going through line, the person at the drive-through rushed us and was not very nice. We didn’t get to complete the order because we were being rushed. Then going up to the window still rude, and then we were asked to pull over to the side Because they didn’t have the food ready, mind you no one was inside or in the drive-through when we went through, we waited for about 25 minutes in the parking lot and then We’re rudely handed the bag. when we finally made it back to the hotel, we were staying at, the chicken nuggets that were ordered had no sauce on them and they were supposed to be saucy Nuggets and the bag was drenched in grease and sauce. So my saucy nuggets were dry chicken nuggets even though I paid for saucy nuggets. We had been driving for over six hours and wanted some fast dinner and were pleasantly disappointed by this Wendy’s. I was also so excited to try it because it was my first time having Wendy’s and the experience is now ruined. I probably won’t be eating at another Wendy’s because of this and I won’t be recommending...

Terrible experience. Usually have great experiences at Wendy's on Clay St. However, this time, not so much.

Took over 30 mins to get a baked potato and 4 for 4 chicken sandwich. Jakeymah (I believe was her name) is by far the rudest person I have encountered at Wendys. She never said hello. Simply "For here or to go"..Simple customer service was non existent for her. One customer asked for ketchup, she threw it on the counter. I asked for my cups, she placed one of them on her side of the counter. When I asked for the other she said I could get it "in a minute" (after she finished playing with her friends).. The drink machines dont work, they had no ice, no tea. The drink area overall cleanliness was hideous. 100% of the straws were wet! Very ashamed of this for Vicksburg. I'd like to say after waiting 40 mins in line last night that I had a good experience. The young lady who took the order rushed me to complete it by cutting me off & asking if I'm done twice, the manager just held the items I ordered like a baseball pitcher, really fast & rushing. He Facial expression read the same, as if I were holding the line up trying to check my order. I asked if she was having a good night, that's when her demeanor softened a little. The only person who did not look or act bothered was the young man who took my money. On top of being in line for so long, I just knew the food would be hot and fresh. NOT! Cheese wasn't melted, lukewarm meat & nuggets, cold buns & fries. I understand the associates may be tired after a long day. I showed respect with "yes ma'am, please" but it wasn't enough for the order takers...
