I visited a few weeks ago and was served by one of the sweetest women I have ever met. Brianna is her name.

It was really close to closing so I thought she would have been annoyed by me even coming in but I was pleasantly surprise at how welcoming and enthusiastic she was. I wasn't rush me or anything.

I was traveling for work and drove 30 miles to that city for dinner. The majority of my trip there wasn't really much interaction with people. She changed that and my whole experience that trip. Brianna asked about me like I was her friend which I didn't realize I needed until I left.

When it was all said and done I got ready to pay. When the tip screen popped up she said I did not have to tip her I could just post an honest review on Google...I did both! I am not looking forward to working out in the middle of nowhere again but I am looking forward to driving 30 miles to get ice cream from Brianna so I hope...

There’s rat turds in the cones. So the last few times I was here the service is lacking hugely. There’s people in the back, nobody up front, and I’m waiting for 2-20 minutes for attention. There’s people last straw for me though. The last time I was there (side note, I always order to-go) there was a rat/mouse turd in my cone. I always have them pack the ice cream and cone separately so I don’t come home with a soggy cone and melted ice cream so I was immediately able to see it and avoid it. Which makes perfect sense since every time I’m there the cones are just sitting out on the counter, and I was trying to convince myself they put everything away every night. Be careful there. I used to love coming here for ice cream years ago when it was under different management. I went recently to order and one of the young men was adjusting his nose ring in the open with no gloves, and didn’t wash his hands. Then when it was my turn to order he didn’t ask me what I wanted he looked at me blankly. So I placed my order and he clearly didn’t know how to make it…as he was trying to figure out some of the ingredients he started rubbing his hair and handling the ice cream. He never asked if I wanted any toppings and sloppily put whipping cream on top of the ice cream. The cup was overfilled and dripping everywhere. For $8 it wasn’t...
