I just picked up my wedding band after getting it resized here. I am very happy with the work! It looks perfect after going down 1 1/2 sizes. I'd taken my engagement ring to a different local jeweler and it came back looking a bit beaten up at the bottom, and as if it'd been clamped with a pair of pliers. Took my ring to get soldered and they had to send it off because when they went to clean it a diamond came out…. Okay…. The sent it off to get fixed (because they don’t mess with my type of setting) took at least 2 weeks to get it back. Now I have 3 diamonds missing and he said they could send it off to the same place but I would have to take care of it!!!! Mind you I have had this ring for years and have hit it on stuff...

Such extreme kindness. I have worn my wedding rings without taking them off for any reason (long story) for 35 years! The jeweler kindly cut them off and wouldn’t let me pay for his time. I was overwhelmed because I never find kindness to this level. My husband has purchased some Christmas presents for me from these guys …. But now I’m a customer for life.
