My husband has shopped here before for a couple of gifts for me. But now I needed to get my engagement and wedding rings resized. (Note, they were not originally purchased here) I spoke with Don who is experienced with jewelry. He was very kind and helpful. Told me the cost and the time it might take. I also liked that Green Brothers does everything in house and doesn’t send off the jewelry. (Recently had another jewelry company lose my friend’s engagement ring when they sent it off for cleaning/work and they had to give her another one. So sending it off was not going to happen.) At Green Brothers, the service was fast and the work beautiful. My rings looked brand new and were a perfect fit. My husband has bad vision from his military deployment tours. His glasses usually take 2-3 weeks to come in. Well one day his glasses broke right in the middle of the nose bridge. After calling around to many eye glasses locations, no one can do a metal repair so he can wait until his new glasses came in.

Someone at Walmart pointed me to this location and they helped with without a second thought! Same day, these glasses were welded back together so my husband can get around until the new pair arrives! We don’t think how much a person needs their glasses when something like this happens and I’m so grateful to Green Bros for helping us out— I’m telling you— SAME DAY!

I have been unable to wear my wedding ring for the past six months due to a broken arm and tremendous swelling. Unfortunately, I was unable to put my wedding ring back on, even after the swelling was gone. I took my ring back in for resizing and was hopeful to get it back before our 31st wedding anniversary. Don was helpful to ensure the proper sizing and Christian worked so hard to meet my requested timeline.
