When it was time to upgrade to custom sounds in my truck, Hi-Pro was tapped for the work. After determining what I wanted, the components were installed and tuned for the cab. Could not be more impressed with the professionalism, knowledge & attention to detal and of course, the finished product. Fast forward to current, time for a new truck. Back to Hi-Pro to remove equipment from old truck to prepare to install into new truck. Appointment made and work was done as promised. Drove away happy again. A couple of weeks later thought I needed an additonal fine tune to system due to different characteristics of the cab. This is where the attention to detail rings true. I had a 12" Kenwood subwoofer installed in my Toyota Camry. It's the cleanest install I've ever seen of a sub, and the bass knob/dial being put in an empty slot next to my traction control/auto highbeam buttons beside my steering wheel is simply ingenious. I am very glad that HiProAudio called and suggested it. The setup sounds and looks great, and I've found myself driving a town over to pick stuff up just for more time to listen to music in my car. I worked with Henry in selecting the sub, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. When it came time for my appointment, I was shocked with how soon my car was ready to be picked up (I dropped it off around 9:15AM and had it back well before 1PM). Shopped around for a place to do some upgrades to my son’s truck. Called and explained my lack experience with auto aftermarket audio etc to Logan. He was patient and walked me through the process. That got me convinced to make the hour drive to the store. Once there Justin met with my son and I to learn more about expectations both in sound and budget.
