Here's a Google review that captures your experience:

If there was an opportunity to put no stars, I would. Every business owner has the opportunity to do what is ârightâ. I believe that we all have bad days, and some days we just arenât our best version. However, this carried out over the course of 4 weeks. They claimed to have issued the refund and it was a blatant lie. Then proceeded with avoiding communication from the customer. There are two sides to every story, but when a business blocks people from their FB page, and deletes comments, their story is pretty clear.
The Experience: My family member had a very frustrating experience with this business regarding a refund that was owed to her. After waiting several weeks, she still hadn't received her refund. They completely dodged her calls and ignored all her messages on Facebook. They finally responded, it wasn't until she publicly shared her experience on her Facebook and tagged them. Others chimed in, and it seems that many people have had a bad experience with them. Oh So Pretty Vinyl finally had a reaction and it was far from satisfactory. They even made response to someone who said we all needed to comment on their page to give this person a refund. They replied with, âPlease do it helps our views and we get paid for comments đâ. So apparently FB is now paying businesses for commentsâŚ.good one!
They proceeded to reply with a screenshot claiming that her refund was "in process," but it was clear it had only been submitted on the date and same night she called them out.
Once again, to emphasize the lack of their transparency, they deleted comments on their page that were from her friends. These friendâs were advocating for her and they blocked them. Their comments simply said to give her the refund. This behavior reflects a serious lack of integrity and professionalism. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable customer service!
She was trying to buy local, shop local. This is the experience she was faced with while trying to get her...
Read moreI agree with other reviewers, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Iâve shopped at this store for years, ever since they were a husband and wife team at their tiny little shop on Laurent St. I love supporting small business, but honestly, the lack of customer service and uninviting, rude atmosphere, leaves me to buy everything on Amazon at better prices! Today, the girl behind the counter refused my purchase, all because I didnât have a mask onâŚwhen I literally didnât have one. I was told, âyou canât make a purchase without a mask.â I was in the store less than five minutes, I was the only person in the store, and I had about $40+ of product, ready to pay. Unfortunately, Iâm already used to the rude little girl behind the counter, but Iâm just amazed at the stupidity that someone refused money! This place definitely needs to revamp their...
Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars, I would. With Oh So Pretty Vinyl and Supplies being the only Vinyl store in town I would expect them to have great customer service. Unfortunately that is not the case. I have driven across town multiple times during my lunch break to buy some Vinyl and when I arrived (arriving at 11:15) the store was closed. This has happened on more than two occasions. No note stating why they are closed or if they are on lunch break. When the store is open I feel unbelievably unwelcome. The girls do not acknowledge customers, nor ask if the need any assistance. They stand around talking all day. I love to support local businesses but Iâd rather buy from Amazon due to their lack of...
