KFC — Restaurant in Victorville

This place dont deserve any stars!! I go to this kfc almost every week for the 10 pc hot wings for years... 2 sundays ago I purchased the 10 pc hot wings and was told it was going to be a 15 min wait.... it was no more than five minutes later after pulling up to the parking from the drive thru, they bring me my order. When I pick up the chicken, it was super soft, after taking a small bite out of the chicken, I realized it was no where near done. All I tasted was blood and when I looked the inside of the chicken was completely raw. I immediately called the location, wasn't sure who I spoke with, but she clearly remembered my order and who I was because she repeated the order back to me. She asked for my name and if I wanted to return them for a new batch. I told them no because I was home already and that ill just refry them myself. She told me that she had me down for a 10 pc for my next visit. Not even 2 weeks later today, I go to place another order and mention the incident with the previous order, and they tell me they have nothing on record and ask who I spoke with... of course I don't remember because I have never had the issue of paying to eat raw chicken before. They told me because they don't have any record of it, they can only compensate me for 5 wings but I will have to wait. Well no thanks, nxt time I want to come home with raw chicken and salmonella I will just go grocery shopping instead.. I will not...

We stopped here on our drive from Los Angeles to Las Vegas because one of our children needed to use the restroom. My first impression is that the inside was well lit and clean, although it smelled funny. It didn’t smell like fried chicken. It smelled off? A little bit like cleaning fluid and something rancid. That was off putting. No one was at the counter. They do have kiosks to self order so I used that to grab a drink and a snack to go and had to wait until that was ready to ask one of the employees for the code for the bathroom. The bathrooms are small and not clean but if you’re in a pinch and you gotta go then you gotta GO 🚽

The last time we visited this location we had gone in and ordered $5 fill ups for 5 people to go.I was interested in trying one of the new regular sandwiches (advertised with the Zinger). The cashier put it down as the zinger meal. I had told her I didn't want the Zinger because I didn't want spicy. She insisted it wasn't spicy. When the other girl gave us our food, I raised my concern to her as well, and she informed me it was a bit spicy, and made a new sandwich.
