Tams Burgers — Restaurant in Victorville

09/24/2022 We actually went inside Tam's and when we got there a customer service rep her name was Jessica right out the gate she was very rude she did not smile she did not ask how she could help us and she actually slammed our drink cups down on the counter after we ordered and would not listen to our order then when we got to the table my husband was served his hamburger and french fries and I was not served the rest of the customers that had came in after my husband and I they got their meals then really nice young lady came over and asked why I hadn't been served and what was I waiting on and I told her biscuits and gravy she reported back to the staff behind the counter and they were looking for my order finally they came out and they were serving the biscuits and gravy to the wrong table when Jessica finally announced did anybody order biscuits and gravy of course I said I did and I was not givien any cutlery in order to eat my breakfast I was told by Jessica she would bring my cutlery right away and I waited a good 6 minutes for my cutlery which was never brought to me I had to actually go up and ask for a container and this really nice young lady kind of a container she knew I wasn't happy and was very displeased my husband asked what the customer service representative name was and everybody said Jessica 😡 I love their biscuits and gravy plate and I go there a lot for it I usually go through the drive-thru this won't stop me from going to Tam's but it will stop me from her waiting on me again 😥 I had to add this to a comment that I had made two months ago about their biscuits and gravy and that how they were so delicious and I still feel that way but that staff member really really needs to up her game and stop being rude to customers and and make sure the customer service she is giving is a pleasant experience and smile and be friendly that's all we ask 😫 Biscuits and Gravy So Very...

Tam's is generally a great restaurant. The issue I am having with this place is their wait staff. Me and my fiance were out and she suddenly had a massive migraine. So we decided to stop at Tam's so she could recover. I am missing my gaul bladder so I tend to need to use the restroom shortly after I begin to eat. So I take care of my business and decide to leave a decent tip. They made mistakes on our order but they were quick to fix them.

So I come out to discuss it with my fiance and she is in tears. It turns out that while I was using the restroom they came over and told her she couldn't lay her head down on the table. She wasn't even trying to sleep, her head was spinning. So the place we stopped at that she had good memories of ended up making her migraine worst. She stopped me from making a scene in the restaurant, but I damn sure am making one here. We paid for our food and a table. How could you be so rude as to not realize something was wrong with her.

I want you to know precisely who I am and to know you are the reason I will never return. I was wearing a heavy leather jacket and I have a full face beard. My fiance was only wearing a green top because she was feeling sick. We spent $26.92 today. This was our worst restaurant experience in this desert. We ordered our food at 10:47am today Thursday, February 13 2025. We will never return. You made what could have been a good experience absolutely miserable. I didn't even finish my fries or drink. I hope you never deal with migraines, but if you do, remember how rude you were...

We found our new favorite place to stop on the way to Vegas! Lol. Service was excellent and the young people working there were hilarious! They greeted everyone like family and the food was super good and portions huge! Hubs got the $17.99 fish dinner, look at the size of that salad and all the fries and everything else! I upgraded my burger to a combo for $2.79 and wow! The size of that zucchini! It was huge! Needless to say we have lots to snack on for the rest of the drive lol. Lesson learned. One order to share next time! But we can never agree on the same thing lol. Super clean including a clean restroom. We usually stop at In-n-Out for the clean restrooms but I just read an article about our local burger place and how In-n-Out was causing them to struggle over the years and decided to support a small business close to the freeway. It was a great decision! So good and so much fun. They checked on us multiple times and offered me lemon with my water and served me! Not your typical order at the counter burgers and more place! Highly recommend them! The cooks saw me taking pics of menu and 2 tried to photo bomb so I told them to gather together and they were happy to so so! So cute! Highly recommend...
