Novrozsky's Hamburgers Etc — Restaurant in Vidor

I ordered 3 hamburgers with extra mayonnaise all the way with vegetables no mustard or ketchup! Received two hamburgers with mustard and vegetables and one hamburger with very little mayonnaise and vegetables! My grandson said it was no problem he would eat the mustard even though he doesn't like mustard but my wife extremely hates mustard so I brought the hamburger back up to the counter and instead of remaking it they only swap buns and very little mayonnaise on it..it was extremely dry and the mustard was still on the hamburger meat! So my wife had to scrap off the remaining mustard and I had to ask for extra mayo and instead of giving me mayo they put on the buns they gave me three packages of Miracle Whip which is not the same as mayonnaise and it was extremely dissatisfied to my wife! It is supposed to be a good family experience getting to eat out but this has literally been a stressful nightmare eating here! I will NOT BRING my wife here again and put her through this again! Our bill was over $32 and was very disappointed in how our food was not prepared as ordered and when I said something they didn't fix her another burger but instead have her a different bun! What would have happened if my wife would have been allergic to mustard???? SHAME ON...

I dont know if we came on a bad night or what! But every other time we have been here its been really good. The problem with our visit started after we sat down, we were told they would call our order and, low and behold the guy running the pickup window didn't, he called all the numbers before and after ours. So when my husband went to pick up the food it was 30 mins after we ordered. The food was cold, and we our daughters burger was plain nothing on it not even condiments, so she wasn't happy about that plus it was cold. I got the Swiss mushroom burger, it was not that at all it has the cheese but 1-2 mushrooms that was it. so sad. then there were my onion rings, that were cold and oily, when i picked them up you could see the oil drip off them. then the husband had a peanut butter burger of sorts and there were all kinds of things wrong with it, he got it all the way, not all that was on it was meat, cheese, and peanut butter. and his fried were cold too. We were not happy to spend $40+ on 4 meals, to not eat half of it. Its 50/50 chance that we will be back since they are the only sit down burger joint in vidor, well...

Novrosky's Vidor. I go to this restaurant at least 3 times a week. Rather it be a meal or just getting a large drink (they have mr.pib extra that is out of this world) so today I go in for a drink I had the EXACT change in hand $3.02. There was a gentleman who SEEMED to be looking at the menu beside the register. I walked up gave the young lady my change and she handed me my cup. Apparently the gentleman was in the middle of order and was talking mess the whole time I was getting my drink and the whole time I walked to the door. He said i was "rude" once I got to the door so I turned around and yelled that his attitude wasnt needed multiple times, he threw his hand up towards my face so I said a few other things that I cant remember. BTW I work next door, so what does the manager do? Comes to my job and talks to MY manager like I did something wrong lol but she doesn't bring up the altercation that occurred but the fact that I drive too fast i the parking lot Haha I don't feel like I did anything wrong I just wanted...
