I had a wonderful experience with Tracie. I wanted to get silver highlights, so I consulted with her first, we set an appointment and went into it with realistic expectations. My hair had been dyed numerous times and it's dark,so I wasn't even sure how it would come out. Well, Tracie surprised me, she was able to give me exactly what I wanted without damaging my hair. My hair looks gorgeous! I love the way it looks, and I would, and have, recommend her to anyone, especially those who want to do a look that's outside the norm. Plus, I have really, really thick curly hair, you ladies with hair like mine know how hard it is to find someone who knows how to cut it properly. Well, she can! I was very impressed and can't wait until my next appointment with her. I love the tips she gave for the maintaining of my hair in between appointments, over a week later and it still looks as good as it did when I left the salon. A lady from this salon did a terrible job on my hair. I didn't completely realize how bad it was until I straightened it this morning. It's COMPLETELY uneven, not too mention it wasn't the cut that I asked for. When I asked her if she wanted to see my reference photo, she told me she didn't need it because she knew what I wanted. Well, she didn't. Not even close. She rushed me through there and didn't even completely dry my hair when she was done.

I normally would cut my losses and wouldn't write a review, but this is not the first time I've had a bad cut from the stylists that work in this facility. Do yourself a favor, and do not waste you money (or hair) on this salon. You definitely get what...

I went to get highlights and left with a mess. Instead of suggesting or recommending alternative options that would have had better results, Tracie Bethea used her 6 year's stylist experience to make a judgment call, and bleached my hair til it broke off at the roots in the front. I just wanted a boost to make me feel good and instead, now I'm embarrassed to leave my house and scared to let anyone try to "help fix it" much more than I've been "helped" so far.
