Wendy's — Restaurant in Vidor

We have been visiting this location since they opened and one thing has stayed consistent, them getting our order wrong. It doesn't seem to matter whether we order on the app or go inside and speak face to face, they get our order wrong more often than they get it right. Order a wrap and ask for no ranch, the person taking the order at the counter repeats no ranch, gets said wrap and there's ranch all over it. Just today I got my fav, their pecan apple salad except it was missing the blue cheese and chicken. It's kind of mind-blowing how frequently our order is incorrect from this location and I really, really love their pecan apple salad but these continued errors are really turning me off this location (which is a shame since it just opened not...

I keep trying Wendy's because I like the brand. Maybe it's my happy memories of Dave Thomas or the "Where's the Beef?" commercials. Also, it's super easy to use their app to order. Wendy's has been going after the "laptop" crowd too and I've found I can sit in the dining room with my laptop as an "afternoon office." And that part of today's visit went well, arriving at around 2:00 pm and staying until past 4:00 to get work done.

Where Wendy's let down the side was the burger. There was a special on the app for a "Dave's Single" so I went with that. And something told me to check the inside where I spotted this tomato with the core still...

The girl working the drive through was rude and very short with me,it was obvious she didn't want to be there. I arrived to an empty parking lot but was told to pull around front to wait on my food.There was No one behind me in the line.
