Wendy's — Restaurant in Vienna

Always an issue at this location. Asked for extra honey butter on my biscuit this morning, when I got it there was at least 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup honey butter within this wrapper. I returned it and asked for it to b made properly it came back the 2nd time with just a little under what was on it the 1st time. I was already waiting on frys because when they gave me the 1st set there was maybe 6 frys in it. And when I asked them to fill it she said u have to pull up n wait were out. They gave me what was left of the last batch n didn't think I'd say anything. Like how many times a day do they do that to people who don't say anything. I ended up having to throw the entire sandwich away. Staff here is horrible along...

The food was good, the fries were hot, the staff was pleasant.

My complaint has to do with technology. I attempted to order my food in advance using the Wendy's app. I could not, this meant the special in the app 2 small singles cost me the full price.

I had almost 17.00 in the app, I had learned that I could use mobile pay, the icon at the top in the middle to get a 6 digit code, present the code and they could use that with the option on their cash register as mobile pay.

I was told that they are not using mobile ordering or mobile pay at this restaurant. I should have gone to Marietta, if the mobile app is not working in that store they will honor the special and they will...

My hand was twisted today. I can tell you that I will never go to this Wendy's location. They make the customer out to be a liar. I've done retail for over 18 yrs and never treated a customer as bad as I was treated. Deborah was the cashier who started it all, then another cashier asked WHY I wanted to use their pencil, I TOLD her, to write down names, and Janette tried to tell me I didn't know what I was reading. All this over a free sandwich, 3 employees against me. If they value their free sandwich that much, they can eat it. I will go corporate .
