Always an issue at this location. Asked for extra honey butter on my biscuit this morning, when I got it there was at least 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup honey butter within this wrapper. I returned it and asked for it to b made properly it came back the 2nd time with just a little under what was on it the 1st time. I was already waiting on frys because when they gave me the 1st set there was maybe 6 frys in it. And when I asked them to fill it she said u have to pull up n wait were out. They gave me what was left of the last batch n didn't think I'd say anything. Like how many times a day do they do that to people who don't say anything. My complaint has to do with technology. I attempted to order my food in advance using the Wendy's app. I could not, this meant the special in the app 2 small singles cost me the full price.
I had almost 17.00 in the app, I had learned that I could use mobile pay, the icon at the top in the middle to get a 6 digit code, present the code and they could use that with the option on their cash register as mobile pay.
