Absolutely delighted to share my experience at Z-Burger, a gem in Vienna that has quickly climbed to the top of my favorite places list! First off, the manager here deserves a round of applause. She's not just nice; she embodies hospitality, always going above and beyond to make every visit memorable. It's the kind of service that makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer.
Now, let's talk about the food. If you're someone who loves generous portions without breaking the bank, Z-Burger is your paradise. Their menu offers a plenty of affordable options that don't skimp on size or flavor. It's the perfect spot for satisfying your cravings without emptying your wallet.
The customer service here is nothing short of amazing. The team at Z-Burger knows the value of your time, whipping up orders with a speed that doesn't compromise quality. It's a rare find to see such a swift service that still maintains a high standard for their meals.
For those of you who are fans of Five Guys, prepare to have your loyalties tested. Z-Burger takes the experience to a whole new level. With its top-notch food quality, outstanding service, and the unbeatable ambiance provided by the wonderful manager and her team, it's a place that not only meets but exceeds expectations. If you find yourself in Vienna, do yourself a favor and drop by Z-Burger. It's an experience you won't...
Read moreI’ve been here 3 times.
First time I got a double bacon cheeseburger. After tax $15.11 but it was bangin. Much better than Chick Fil A or McDonalds across the street.
Second time I got a double bacon burger (no cheese). Somehow it was even better than the first time. $13.67 after tax.
Third time I came here and got a original cheesesteak and a 1/2 fries 1/2 rings. $20 or $23, one of those. WOW! Huge quantity of fries, onion rings were medium quantity. Both were of great quality. And cheesesteak was super hot and had a lot of meat. I won’t be going to Wawa for hoagies as often now. This place has got it all. I ended up taking half of my order home, which means that $20 allows two to dine. Pretty solid in my opinion.
What’s been great is the quality of the food and the quality and friendliness of the service. The people are awesome. Place is clean and modern for a burger joint. I really have no complaints apart from price, but we are in Vienna, and it is to be expected.
Convenient and I always leave a little fuller and happier than I came. Good food, good vibes.
Side note: Haven’t tried the shakes but I might at some point. And if you go to chick fil a or McDonald’s you will notice a smell right away — not a good smell. It smells different here, like actual meat. By no means are burgers healthy, but it’s not CFA/McDonald’s level...
Read moreThis experience was wholly disappointing, made all the worse by how expensive this place is (we spent almost $100 for 2 adults and 2 kids, just 4 burgers and some fries). It is not worth it. Save your money.
I ordered a cheeseburger with condiments and lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. $12 for a cheeseburger. Outside of cheap condiments, nothing else I ordered made it onto my burger. It was already not worth the $12, but to leave off the toppings made us feel even more ripped off. We ordered 4 burgers of different types with toppings. The condiments made it on, but "mysteriously" none of the more substantial toppings we ordered did. That's not a coincidence. By my photos, you can see that what I got - a small burger barely larger than a drink coaster - was not worth what they charged.
We got plenty of fries - which was a decent thing to do since you have to order fries separately. They are overpriced as well. My only suggestion is to make 1 order of fries to share between 2 or 3 people because there's so many, and try ordering the seasoned ones because these have no flavor.
This place is pricey like 5 Guys, but worse. They can only pull this crap once, because we will never patronize them again after this, and I plan on warning my family...
