I've been here before and wanted to post my experience today. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, but for such a casual place, it really isn't something I'd ding in a rating, unless there was a host and they were rude/unwelcoming. My little cheeseburger was made exactly as ordered (all ingredients fresh) and was hot - not as hot as I would've liked (I like my food hot), but it was hot enough.

The little fries I ordered were fresh out of the fryer hot and seasoned perfectly - not too much salt, not too little - for all those with experiences ranging on both ends, lol.

Mike, the guy who cooked my fries and called my order, was very polite and kind.

On a side note, the soda sucks. I tried 2 different flavors, so I really think it's a manufacturer/distributor quality issue and not necessarily theirs (it could be, but I'd have no way of knowing that), and that's why I still gave 5 stars.

I had a hankering for a cheeseburger and fries today, and it was fulfilled, especially in the french fry department. They were perfect, and the portion was generous (what you see in the photo is only a sm amt of it). So, thanks Mike!

Lastly, yes, that's black pepper on my fries, so don't come at me, lol! Don't knock it til you've tried it, and don't ruin a perfectly good french fry...

When it’s good, it’s really good, and when it’s not, it’s REALLY not. Every once in a while you just crave it, and the burgers are awesome and the fries are so fresh and yummy. We’ve been to this location many times since it originally opened, but over the last year the quality and consistency had taken quite a hit. Two visits ago, I experienced the saltiest fries I have ever seen in my life. They were entirely inedible. And a large fry is around $8… but pretend you’re walking on the beach holding your fries and they fall right in the sand. There was a thick coating along every surface and so much salt in the bottom of the bag it got on everything. You really have to put some effort in to ruin them that bad, but the burgers were good that time. This week the fries had absolutely zero salt which was also not great. I would have definitely salted them but did not have any where we went to eat our carry out order. Burgers were super soggy even though they were consumed about 5 minutes after we picked them up. The service is still reasonable for a cook-to-order fast food place, and this location is in a nice area. The 3 star rating is because of many good experiences here before, and I’m really hoping they can work out the kinks because inconsistency can be fixed but it’s on the verge of...

Absolutely ridiculous service from these teens and "manager" working at this store. I was served a bag of EXTREMELY over seasoned fries that normally is served in a cup for this very reason. When I asked for a cup, they accused me of stealing a cup from them and were very rude about it. I placed my order on the app while driving and just pressed "order again" because my usual order is just fries and a drink. Apparently, my drink wasn't placed. I immediately went to my vehicle and got my wallet to pay for the drink and attempted to explain that it was a mistake only to be continously slandered and laughed at by ALL of the employees except an older gentleman cleaning the lobby. Even the manager was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to try to resolve the issue. I had to insist that he charge me for the drink. This could have been handled way differently. Instead of them throwing a greasy bag of fries on the counter, they could have simply said, "Excuse me, your order only includes fries. Would you like to purchase a drink?" Or anything better than how they handled it. This is why REAL management needs to be present. Customers shouldn't be treated this way, and the company loses money if you just let someone take a drink without paying. It was an honest mistake that got way...
