Very disappointed with our last visit… My husband and I went out for a date night and decided upon Bonefish Grill. Upon entering, we approached the host stand where we witnessed a couple hostesses talking poorly about another guest and rolling their eyes and mimicking/mocking the guests ahead of us in line. Very poor service from those young women. We were told the wait would be 30 minutes so we put our name on the list and waited outside. 50 minutes passed and we still hadn’t gotten notification of a table, so my husband went in to check- the same table that had been open for the entire 50 mins during our wait was still sitting open and available. My husband explained that we had already been waiting 20 mins past our quoted time and asked if we could have that open table that had been open since we arrived. The hostess agreed and brought us to the table. Our server was kind and very pleasant- however since it was a busy evening, and he was always tied up at another table- so a food runner brought us out our appetizers. We kindly asked the food runner for refills on our beverages since we had been waiting a long time with no refill, for which we were told “you’ll have to let your server know. I am too busy right now” - obviously our server was nowhere to be found and was too busy also, so we sat without drinks for another 15 minutes before finally being checked on. Unacceptable- she could have handled that so much better and let another staff member know we needed the help, but she simply didn’t care. Much like the hostesses poor attitudes. Management was nowhere in sight the entire time either. No visit to the table or making themselves visible whatsoever. No staff member ever cleared our dirty appetizer, salad and bread plates, we were staring at a full table of empty plates and empty beverage glasses all evening and couldn’t even get drinks. Unacceptable for the reputation Bonefish tries to uphold of being an upscale, fine seafood chain. Then, the entrees arrived. My husband ordered his steak medium well- it came out medium rare and still red and bloody. My fish special (black cod) was actually cold upon arrival to the table. Disappointing. The table next to us had a steak that was also cooked wrong and we noticed they were complaining to the server- so he was too preoccupied with them to care much about our dinner. We ate the food, although we were less than impressed. My husband’s entree alone was $50 and mine was $35 and neither of us enjoyed it as we had hoped. Although the Brussels sprouts and salads were great. Overall, after a $150 dinner + tip, we left very disappointed, underwhelmed and not eager to return. This place seems to have really went downhill from the rude, incompetent hostesses, to the lack of service and attentiveness to our needs, to the kitchen totally messing up the food orders- I don’t think we will be back anytime soon. We could have chosen anywhere in the county for our date night but we chose this place and were left feeling much regret that we did. Spend your money elsewhere that actually cares about customer service...

Cruising down to Bonefish Grill in Viera, my expectations were set on a culinary adventure, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. As someone who enjoys the art of cooking and the joy of savoring well-crafted dishes, Bonefish Grill struck a chord with its impeccable offerings and ambiance.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere of the place welcomed us with open arms. The warm, inviting interior paired with the friendly staff set the stage for a memorable evening.
The star of the show had to be the Bang Bang Shrimp. It’s a dish that's gained almost a legendary status, and rightfully so. The shrimp, crispy and tender, coated in that creamy, spicy sauce, was a delight from the first bite. It's the kind of dish that makes you pause for a moment, just to savor the burst of flavors.
Moving on to the mains, the grilled salmon was a testament to Bonefish Grill's dedication to seafood. The salmon was cooked to perfection - flaky, moist, and infused with a smoky, charred flavor that only a grill can impart. Served with a side of perfectly seasoned vegetables, it was a balance of healthy and hearty, a combination hard to achieve yet delivered flawlessly here.
But what truly captured my heart was the sea bass, a special of the day. The fish was buttery and melted in the mouth, paired with a light, citrusy sauce that elevated the dish to new heights. Each forkful was a taste of the sea, fresh and invigorating.
The sides deserve their own shoutout, especially the garlic mashed potatoes and the seasonal vegetables. The potatoes were creamy, with just the right amount of garlic to not overpower but to complement the dishes they accompanied.
Not to forget, the cocktail menu was a treasure trove of delights. Each drink we tried was crafted with precision, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal.
Bonefish Grill in Viera isn’t just a restaurant; it's a dining experience that caters to the senses. Whether it's the tantalizing starters, the exquisite mains, or the refreshing cocktails, this place has etched a memorable spot in my heart. It’s a reminder that great food, combined with great company, makes for an unforgettable experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, ready to dive back into the culinary wonders that Bonefish Grill has...

Spent hundreds and hundreds $'s here.
Don't know what happened. Management? Change of kitchen staff?
Visited on the 10th of Sept. (for my birthday). Early 3:30 meal. Husband and I both ordered the lobster 3-course meal (received email since we are regulars - not on menu). 1 Lobster tail, 2 sides - salad and dessert.
My caesar salad was so over dressed that waitress offered to take away and send me home with new salad (dressing on side). She observed and stated that it "even looks over dressed." Husband had house salad he said it was fine.
Main course - Our lobster tail smelled slightly "fishy" which indicates NOT FRESH. I did not want to complain anymore - but my husband put his on my plate - he could not eat it LOL.
I noticed he put plate aside to be taken. He did not eat any sides rice or spinach. When I questioned - he said "taste the rice". It was so undercooked - it was crunchy."I said we should tell waitress." I did - she stated "they don't listen" whatever that meant. She offered to bring him broccoli.
I mentioned to her - I guess we should come later in the day to get better food. She stated "yeah, I know". (No head chef - maybe? - no management?)
Did not mention the spinach that was not fresh. (I couldn't eat mine either). By this time he had nothing to eat but a "bowl" of broccoli. Overcooked - no seasoning. Did not eat that either. (he actually spit it out) Ahhhhh!
Our plates were taken away with a total of 4 sides uneaten (rice, 2 spinach sides and broccoli) and a salad in a bag to go. No concern from waitress.
So spent approx. $60 (after tip) for 2-tiny "smelly" lobster tails and 2 salads. Oh - I forgot - to be fair I had 1 glass of house wine. Also the dessert - 2 "tiny" slices of cheesecake to take home.
When we left my husband asked me if I wanted to "go to dinner" LOL!
P.S. Not pointing fingers necessarily. But ate my ceasar salad that night and spent 8 am - 12 pm (on and off)...
