From my complaint to corporate -
For the last couple years I have went here in the mornings at least twice a week. Early this year I realized I can order the muffins well done. As I had said something about the muffins being barely cooked an employee at a different store said I could order them well done. So when i start ordering them at the Baldwin location there were issues from the jump. I would hear them say muffins well done to whoever is in back and for months they were cooking the sausage well done. I'm not one to complain especially when it comes to people who cook my food so I just kind of deal with it. Then when I mention to make sure it's the muffin, they continue to mess it up. I usually order two. Maybe 15% of the time I actually get two well done muffins that are hot and perfect. They are the most delicious things ever. The other 85% is disappointment after disappointment. It got to the point me and my work partner would jokingly bet on what would be wrong today. Everything from one muffin well done other not, neither well done and sausage well done, everything way overly done, everything barely warm. I throw most of it away hoping the next time it will actually be what I want. Again I don't complain because I know how some people can be in the food service industry, and I go there pretty regularly. Well today I just ordered 1 sausage muffin and a large Carmel mocha hot. Get into my work van and before even unwrapping I knew something was wrong. One side was crispy lik it was well done and the other side was soft as in barely cooked. I unwrap it the soft side is completely soggy, like it was sitting in water or something. I couldn't believe it. Probably the second or third nastiest experience I have had while eating out. It makes me sick to my stomach just thinking about it. Because it makes me also think of all the times I've seen someone making something in back and coughing, wiping their brow or doing something that makes me question the cleanliness of the store and the managers supervisory skills. So when i called today to explain my latest experience and what has been going on for months to the manager all she said was in sorry next time you come in I'll make sure they make it right. In a semi annoyed voice. Which again is why I don't like complaining. It was kinda about my order being right but was more about the disgusting sandwich that was served to me. She apologized but was not sincere in the least bit. She did not offer me anything which I would have declined anyway because after making a complaint I usually don't ever go there again. For sure the worst experience at...
Read moreI overheard a trainer (who was talking too loudly)telling a manager that they should encourage as many customers as possible to use the kiosks because we customers spend more at the kiosk than we do at the regular cash register. Talk about tacky and unprofessional. Also, they mopped the floor at 5 p.m., right during the busy dinner hour. Mothers were telling their kids to be extremely careful so they would not fall on the wet slippery floor. How stupid of management is that? And it gets worse. Both ketchup self-serve dispensers were empty and when I told them about it they were in no hurry to remedy the situation. I had to ask for ketchup packets and I was given only three when you needed six for a large fry. Meanwhile, my fries got cold during the wait. The employees were TOO friendly where it seemed fake and it probably was a big show because the trainer was watching what was going on and then gave feedback ( I overheard everything when the trainer was talking to the employees, giving feedback, in a nearby booth). A southwest salad was grossly overpriced at $6.39. At most restaurants that same salad would only cost $4.99. This restaurant has a lot of issues, so be aware. Or keep driving until a better...
Read moreI've begun to hate McDonald's. For years I liked my double cheeseburger without onions or salt or pepper and add mayo. Yes, I'm a complicated orderer. Eventually my meat started to taste rotten. Loved my McChicken still although you'd have to hold the lettuce after multiple experiences of rotten lettuce. Then you came out with the Angus burgers. Those were pretty good, a bit salty but pretty good. I went through a McCafe streak as well. Well soon enough the Angus burger was gone. Then I went in for a cheap sandwich and low and behold no more McChicken. There was a substitute however, 3 times the cost and nowhere near a mchicken. Also had experiences with slime looking chicken nuggets. I'm not sure if the fryer was too hot and it left the inside raw or what. So now about the only thing I can ever get at McDonalds is an ice cream cone, a fry, or mcgriddle. Still pist it's not on the all day menu but oh well. Overall this isn't a horrible McDonald's I've seen much worse. But McDonald's as a company needs a...
