Ordered some of the Original Italian chicken sandwiches, fries and shakes for the family. For some reason they seemed to wait until this particular order to service/refill their shake machine. Waited twenty minutes for this process to finish and shakes be made, all the while mind you the rest of the food is in hand going cold. Drive all the way home, sit down to eat and after the first bite realize that there is mayo and lettuce on one side of the sandwich and on the flip side is a smattering of the tomato sauce. Not high on my list of things to combine, your mileage may vary. Tried calling the store but no answer. Eventually further calls were simply busy. Sadly, ended up at this location as the one near the house is closed and being renovated and the other, new location here in Vineland has burned us on the previous two visits. Tried calling the 800 number but that was a call center in India and to be honest, not going to hold my breath waiting to get some sort of call back from that encounter. It seems that none of the fast food places in this area have any concern for their customers and it's only gotten worse since we had to hit pause on life. At this point the only place that hasn't been careless with my orders is Chik-Fil-A. It's probably for the best, I've been enjoying making my own food more and more as these places get more and more careless. If you choose to visit these places, I wish you all the luck in getting your food in a timely manner...

First and second time i brushed off as common error but this time was specifically a test to see if they are actually reading the orders & if they will get everything i ordered. Not surprised tho the managers are too laid back and honestly distract the workers who already seem distracted. The problem starts at the management and now its more then just forgetting items. 3 times and the same item being missing consecutively sounds more then coincidence. I may sound like a bitter person thats just made about food but im a former BK worker from delsea. Yes i Javier ( one of main rd managers) as Ron was my main boss i know the standards and routines that are expected. So you cant really brush off this when a former employee who never had any issues with BK or how the Cumberland locations are operating.    Read moreCustomers in front of me ordered off the menu using the self checkout. After receiving their order they realized they didnât receive 1 of the items. So went to the counter and GM told them they didnât have the item. ( why would you pack up the order and not tell them they didnât have that item and then just act like itâs all fine getting charged for something they donât have?!) They the GM tells them she canât refund the single item back into their credit card so she refunded the whole meal then wanted re charge them for the rest of the meal. This is when she started yelling thru the whole store threatening to call the cops on them because they didnât want her to take their credit card to the back of the restaurant where she said she needed to take it. That was absolutely disgraceful and I will never be back there because I certainly do not want to be charged for stuff Iâm not getting and not even told! So...
