I am (was) a regular customer here, placed an $80 dollar order and when I came to pick it up the 12 year old running register acted like she didn't know who I was (I couldn't have changed that much in 1 hour) after about 40 seconds of trying to explain I'm the guy that was here an hour ago and gave you $80 for an order I was picking up at 4 I got my food, kicker is not even a free 2 liter soda you spend that at a takeout anywhere you are getting something, bottom line unprofessional to have a 12 year old who acts every bit her age on register and place is not service oriented food tastes just like any other restaurant in town so from now one taking my business elsewhere, shame cause I think the guy there has a good head on his shoulders been buying from him since they were at king of food but it seems like someone...

Customer service is seriously lacking. Ordered off the menu and they kept asking me if I wanted things that they didn't have on the menu. They said order will be 15 minutes but when I went to pick it up they demanded I give them a number to prove that I placed the order but they didn't give me a number when I called them so I had no way of picking up the order because they demanded I have some imaginary number that they never told me when placing the order. Whatever happened to just taking a name place the order you tell them the name when you go to pick up the order you give them your name they give you the order. Will never order...

Used to never need a minimum charge for delivery to the same plaza your business is located in . Called today for lunch , got told $15 minimum to walk four doors down ?

I’ve ordered here for years never had to pay a minimum when i started working here at GNC . You lost my business for lack of customer loyalty , and how I was laughed at when I said I was 4 doors down .
