Danny's Pizza Pizzazz Vineland — Restaurant in Vineland

I've been eating Dannys Pizza Pizzazz, at this location, since they have opened. Their Pizza alone is ,at best, 3 stars. Their specialty pizza and sandwiches are much better. I got the business I work for to order food for our employees throughout black friday weekend from Dannys. We had planned to do so again. Prepare to welcome the losses in support and business that come from this recent experience. This review is less about the quality of food and more about the quality of management/ownership. Me and a friend saved 14 free pizza coupons after numerous times of throwing away the boxes and forgetting to clip them. He called to ask if he could get a chicken bacon ranch specialty pizza.

Employee: "No specialty pizzas" Friend: Ok can I get any toppings on it? Employee: Yes. Friend: How many? Employee: as many as you want. Friend: ::Orders pizza and a wrap::

We go to get the food, they say, sorry this pizza has special meat toppings can't use the coupon. Friend explains the conversation above, employee agrees. Mgmt says " Sorry, its just a stretch of the imagination that you think can just get anything on it." Hence why we called and asked... After a dispute, my buddy says, forget the pizza, I'll just purchase the wrap. The owner/management says "Im not selling you anything if you're stiffing me for a pizza."

In my world, you don't place the admitted mistake of an employee on the customer. You take care of the customer who is coming in to redeem a pizza that has been loyal for 5+ years. You don't then refuse service of said customer due to the employee's mistake. In the end, I spoke to him and he allowed my friend to purchase the wrap, but the pizza stayed for his employees to eat. Poor choice Danny's, poor choice. This review will hurt more than any 1 negative yelp review. This hurts your local support, and any monetary gains from my business or my circle...

Well, I hace been ordering from Danny's for 7 years. Tonight is the last time I ever order from them again. July 28, at 735pm I called ordered 2 pizzas, 1 Supreme the other with Mush. I was told 40mins. 844pm I called back I believe her name was Maria she called driver and advised me his is 5 mins away. At 901pm I called back and Maria again called the drive and advised me he was 5 mins away. 921pm I called back, Maria called the drive and told me is was 5mins away and she promised to replace my order and leave a note. When I finally got the pizza is was cold in the warmer bags and nasty. I called tonight to get my 2 replacement pizza and the man said only one plain wasin the book. I advised what i wass promised abd sarcastically "oh well the owner is right here you wanna talk to him". I say sure, well the owner would not get on the phone with me and the guys that answered the phone, tells me will Maria is the owners daughter, I said sweet tell dad to call her. The guy said well you can call tomorrow she will be here. He says do you want the 1 plain I said send it I will call her tomorrow also. He says we'll "you will be paying the 3.00 delivery do you still want it?" I said fine what ever. Out of now where he says "oh 3 you said 2 earlier what is 2 or 3?" I said wth are you talking about at no time did I say 3 you said 3.00 delivery fee. Anyway I will never order from this place I hace spent 100rds of dollar with ever again!!!! Plenty of pizza places in vineland and Danny's pizza is no longer...

We order party tray each week. Last week we order a party trays with 3 toppings 9 dollars extra!! We get home open it up and see two HALF PARTY TRAYS!! NOONE wants crust in the middle . NO Body wants 8 corners!!!! It wasn't even told to us.... That 2 half's were made.... We didn't order 2 HALFS!!! We ordered a WHOLE PARTY TRAY!!! Lost money on 9 dollar toppings for sure!! Then we ordered again a WHOLE party tray I come into the place and told them we don't want 2 halves that wasn't was ordered last time I was given 3 dollars credit and a free soda.. I get home and after explaining it all just moments ago AGAIN it is 2 HALFS with 8 corners that yet again NOONE WANTS! We call and they are going to get us a free pizza BUT was told that is how they are going to make PARTY TRAYS because they sell faster?? I dunno I was told they were out of crust for whole party trays who really knows BUT warning anyone that is ordering a party tray YOU MUST SAY WHOLE and not 2 HALFS!!! SHE KNEW SHE WAS GIVING US THE PIZZA THAT WAY AFTER I JUST TOLD HER.... IT SAYS A LOT TO ME!!! Lucky I didn't open that pizza there.... It's a shame after being a long weekly customer that that would happen.... It's...
