What a terrible customer service experience I had today! 1/11/24 at 12:30 PM. I ordered two combo meals. I was told the only drinks that are tea or shakes because the machine was down. No problem. I asked what the charge up was on the shakes since we can't order soda. I was told NOTHING - THE COMBOS COME WITH A SMALL SHAKE. Okay, great. Do a chocolate shake with each combo. I got to the first window to pay and was told that there is only one shake on the order. I said there should be two. She said "okay". I got to the second window and was handed one shake and asked what else was in my order, I told her - and a shake - to which the lady replied "which I literally JUST handed to you." I said there should be two shakes. Another woman was "helping" at the window and said "then she (referring to me) can pull song and get back into the line and order it. I said I've been in line and I did order it! She demanded my receipt, which I handed over. She liked at the receipt and said "See?! ONE shake!" You can't get a shake unless you go back and order and pay for it." I already DID pay since it's part of the combo! I left without the shake, which by this point was already made and in the hand of the first lady at the window, but she was told not to give it to me unless I go back around and order and pay AGAIN got the shake that's part of my order that was already paid! What?!!!!!???!!! It's not my fault your pop machine doesn't work. It's not my fault you got my order incorrect. How can you possibly think it's okay to treat customers in such a rude and nasty way?! Read moreWe had several problems on our recent visit during a very long road trip. I ordered a double scoop of ice cream and while the one server scooped me the two different kinds I asked for, the second server scooped two of the same kind and looked at me like I was crazy for asking about the second flavor. Oh well, I let it go. We got our order to go and unfortunately I did not check it before leaving because they basically ruined our whole meal. I ordered the bag of burgers, the burgers come with ketchup and pickles only so I paid extra to add lettuce and onion as well. While the additional price was definitely on the order we opened the burgers in the car to find they only contained ketchup and onion. No pickle. No lettuce. Yuck. My kids and I were not a fan of them. I also ordered a poppyseed chicken salad, but they neglected to put the (widely advertised) dressing in the bag. There were croutons, there were crackers, but NO dressing. Rendering my salad inedible or at least VERY unenjoyable. I understand most places have "kids" working the evening and weekend shifts, but that's no excuse for poor customer service! We walked up to the counter, and two young men were talking; we got an odd look, when they finally acknowledged us. (I actually felt as we were bugging, or interrupting them.) We placed our food order, and told him twice, it was for "here", not "to go". When our number was finally called, my man came to the table, with everything bagged up, "to go"! Strike #2! Then when he opened his burger, it just looked nasty (I didn't get a pic, because I don't mess with his food, esp when he's hangry.) and he was immediately disgusted. But we were so hungry, we ate some of it; luckily my chicken strip dinner wasn't too bad, except for the rock-hard dinner roll. Just a very disappointing experience,...
