Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Violet Township

So at first we were having issues with the Papa Johns app because it said that our order was already picked up. My Dad was anxious so we went ahead and called Papa Johns and a man with a really nice and not angry or mad or miserable sounding voice came on the phone and talked to us nicely that there was a issue currently going on with the app. He then told us right after to drive safe. You know how many times you get that now a days? I’ll tell you what it’s once in a BLUE MOON. Just hearing that me and my Dad were already felt good driving there. When I got there to go pick up my order the guy who was on the phone, his name was Chrismorre, already had my order ready to go and double checked to make sure everything was in there he then said you have a nice night and take care. This guy was unbelievably nice and we need more people like him out on this earth, especially with how miserable working the food industry can be nowadays. Not only that but everyone at this store was focused and doing their part. I noticed that there was new employees since the last time we have been there and it looks like it’s doing way better, the store was very clean and our pizza was very hot and ready. Me and my family enjoyed it very much. If you plan on ordering pizza tonight or for your family this would be the best option, not only that but they are open late. Went into the store tonight first guy that helped us was very nice and helpful , when we went to pick up the pizza they forgot the sauce so we advised the tall guy with blondish hair wearing glasses in the front of the store ,so he went and grabbed the sauce and threw it on the box we asked if he was okay and he gave us the thumbs up, then we were asking for a bag he ignored us so I asked again, and he went to grab one and again just threw it towards us, very rude guy, he definitely should not be working there. I called the store and spoke with the same guy who first helped us, and advised him of what happened and asked for corporate phone number, he didn't give it and said he would talk to the guy and tell him that was not acceptable. Terrible burnt pizza that the store refused to replace! We have bought Pizza from this location for 10 years. Literally 5 to 6 times a month. The pizza was picked up at the store. Once home we realized burnt and inedible. The pizza was returned for another to be made. The manager refused to make another Pizza. This individual lacks all management skills and communication. Zero skills to satisfy customers. He was rude and argumentive. He absolutely refused to make another Pizza to replace the piece of Charcoal received and charged for. I'm still shocked over such a poor outcome and lack of customer satisfaction.

We have never returned a pizza or complained.

Needless to say, that Pizza was returned to him. Not in a polite way. The pizza was a burnt piece of garbage. We will never again order another Papa...
