Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Violet Township

I came to this location on Feb 23 about 10:30am to place an order for my wife and found the cashier to be very rude , short and condescending about the order I placed. This is the second time in a row she has been this way. I guess because I did not ask for my items in the exact way they are described on the menu board. She felt it necessary to say we don't have that or it only comes in this size, not the size I asked for. There is a proper way of speaking with customers and her way is not it. I have been in the service business myself for over 27 years and it starts with great customer experience on each and every visit. It takes a lot to get a customer in the door. Great customer service, great product , and the way you treat them will keep them coming back. You have a great product. Not so great that I or my wife would continue as guest if we are to be treated the way this cashier handles guest. I've seen a lot of business come and go on RTE 256. I love this place with a PASSION!!! I can literally go here every day. These are the best smoothies I've ever had, HANDS DOWN!!! They've also got other stuff besides just their smoothies. They have fresh squeezed juice, as well as Wraps, Salads, Classic Bowls and Blended Bowls, and Ginger and Wheatgrass Shots. I've tried almost all the smoothies on their menu. My top 3 favorites are #1 Cranberry Fix, #2 Pulp Passion, and #3 Citrus Berry. Plus, you get one free "enhancer" with each smoothie, and I really like the "Energy Enhancer" the most because it actually works; it's the mid-day energy boost that I really need. My daughter and I come here together all the time, and she loves their smoothies just as much as I do. Her favorite is The Pink Dragon, which would be my 4th favorite, also. As someone who comes here weekly after a trip to the gym this place keeps getting worse. Always get two OG açaí bowls but as someone who’s allergic to bananas I usually switch them out for blueberries and strawberries. The blueberries and strawberries are frozen but usually taste better that way. Been getting the same thing for months and they’ve been putting strawberries on it everytime and for whatever reason the last two times I’ve been here, they can’t do strawberries anymore “corporate” said no already- doesn’t make sense to me because both fruit are frozen. The manager of that location should be fired for how she treats people. Both times she’s came out of the back to say something about the girls making the bowls she treats them horribly having an attitude and then treats us bad too. She’s extremely rude and as a manager you should be setting an example to our employees. Won’t be coming back here if that...
