Arby's — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

On 6/12/23 I stopped by to pick up dinner for myself and my wife. Went thru the drive thru. My order was the waygu deluxe burger large with a drink, a classic roast beef a small curly fry, and a small mozzarella cheese stick. I pull up to the window paid and I was handed a small drink and had to correct manger and was told to keep the small drink. When I received my food the Classic roast beef sandwich was missing. I checked my receipt and I was not charged for it, I did verify I ordered by the manager(working the drive thru window) and got the sand which for free after waiting a few moments. I got home and sat down and took a bite out of the burger and it was under cooked. By this time I returned to the restaurant and decided when I discovered that the manger was the person who took my order and gave me free food and drink.

Here are some things I noticed during this entire experience. The manager was wearing air pods and talking to some one on the phone and seemed distracted with the conversation instead serving the customer. It was rude, but I did not say a word. Hilltop Arby's - Ordered 2 sandwiches after being left at the order speaker for 15 minutes. We were asked to wait and the person never came back until we asked hello. Asked for sweet tea and told there was none of that or unsweetened tea. Asked to pull forward and wait. Order was still not out after almost 20 minutes. Had to go inside for the order and it was left sitting on the counter until it was cold. Only 2 people working and absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced. I walked in with some coworkers this afternoon, a very kind woman was working the counter. I got up to the counter and an old, wrinkly, sour man named chuck came around the counter and spoke to the front counter lady with such disrespect and ignorance. If I wasn’t in a company shirt I would’ve put my hands on Chuck, if you can’t keep up with the speed maybe you shouldn’t be working at a fast food place, next time plan your life a little better and you won’t end up as a sour old man wasting your days away at an Arby’s.
