Update to my older review from my experience today 12/28/21. As normal we submitted a mobile order shortly before 11:05am, typically this would have not been an issue but still unclear what all went wrong. Roughly 11:20 we show up, the app recognized we were on site, took 20 minutes to get to the girls with handhelds altbought between them and the window there were maybe 5 cars. Which means window works a heck of a lot faster than the 4 girls taking orders. The girl finds our mobile order and tells us to move forward. Once we sit line we notice all the cars in the left lane getting there food and leaving. Then the car behind us, and both cars behind them get there food. Finally what looks like a manager comes out asks us oue name he runs back in and then out says they don't have an order for us... but wait here it is on the phone & your cashier who helped us saw our order. He runs back in a couple times before running back out and asks us to pull into the catering spot. It is now 12:01pm (almost an hour later). We sit waiting and then baout 10 minutes later an elderly lady sweet as can be asks us if our name was Mary (which its not) and says shes looking for a White Volvo with someone named Mary in it because she has their order. As we watch her stumble around the parking lot dodging cars she finally goes back in. At 12:13pm she comes and says aparently that was our order. When we looked at the tag correct order, correct phone number, wrong name and car (which is odd because on the app it asks what color, make and model if the car you are driving and my big black SUV was most def added to our order because its saved on the app). So I am assuming because when we were in the drive thru line there was a white Volvo behind us the cashier messed up in between checking in our mobile order and taking the ladies order behind us. And someone else probably got our order ( the lady in the white volvo). Nearly 45 minutes later, 4 meals, 3 of which the sandwhichs weren't even cooked all the way and flat Coke. Very dissappointed as they are the closest location to us and my children loce Chik-Fa-La. 0 Stars given today!
Review from 2 years ago:Since the new owners some years took over, customer service has been rated a 0. But being the closest to me I have no choice. Ordered food this morning, was given the right receipt, wrong order. Although they have construction going on, to add to the already busy conjestion, when I went at 6:50am this morning there was 0 customers. Lack of attention to detail clearly. Not even an apology after me saying I had been tgere an hour earlier. Just rolled her eyes and went to drive thru. Had someone else bring me my food. When I was leaving their food service truck felt the need to park in the street blocking their exit. By then I had 5 cars behind me trying to leave. And also also cars in the street trying to bypass him playing chicken with other cars coming towards them. There is an additional parking lot just on the other side of the ChickFale parking lot that could have been utilized to unload. I came back an hour later to exchange my food because unfortunately could not eat what was given to me to find that SAME truck, still there blocking trafgic, cars honking people getting upset and all he was doing was throwing his hands in their air as he did...
Read moreTerrible! 9:00 PM. Closing time is 10:00. Place was a wreck. 70 pct of dining room closed off, yet the other 30 pct was nearly full. Trash outside, food all over floor by end of cashier bar. No one at cashier's front desk. Several employees intermittently sitting in dining area taking up a table and chatting loudly with other employees behind the counter. After 20 secs, a young lady approaches, politely takes my order. Does NOT explain food delivery process...it has apparently changed since remodel. This will prove important a bit later. She asks me exactly 4 times "for here or to go?" Strange, but whatever.
I stand there waiting for a few mins while everyone who is working seems to be tending to the drive thru customers. All I ordered was a chik-fil-a combo. They usually have those out in 15-30 secs. I waited while several employees saw me and said nothing. Not until a male manager finally approached me and asked if was it "for here or to go?" Yes. That was the fifth time I was asked the same question. Bizarre. Started to feel as if they really wanted us all to go! Lol. Really.
When I told him it was for here, he said "when you're standing there I assume it is carry out because we bring the food to you." I looked at the young lady who took the order and told her she never told me the process. I had no idea. This is new (to me, anyway). I have been eating here for years! At first, she turned her back to me and began speaking with another employee sitting on the dining room. When I repeated myself, she turned around and looked at me sheepishly. The same Mgr. witnessed it, the young lady did not deny ----Neither one apologized.
To make matters worse, I sat, ate and watched for 30 mins as a wonderful young employee (non-mgr) named "Tragdon" served table after table in the most pleasant and efficient manner. He even brought them refills, condiments, etc.! I told him what happened to me, and he apologized on behalf of the store. Of course I told him it wasn't his fault! He then offered to assist me in the future and took my empty tray away. He was dedicated, a true one-of-a-kind. The rest,...
Read moreWorse Case of Food Poisoning I ever Experienced!! On Thursday, Oct 19th I went through the Chick-fil-A drive thru to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to my appointment, I ordered a Breakfast Burrito meal because I knew I would not get a chance to eat later. After my appointment, I experience sharp pains shooting up my spine on the drive home. I got home and started vomiting and convulsing, I experienced the worse case of food poisoning I ever had. I had to call 911 to take me to the hospital. I was held several hours for dehydration. After I was released, I still had the Chick-Fil-A bag and its contents from that day, that's when I noticed that the Burrito wrapper had a yellow and white, sticker on it that read Tuesday, instead of Thursday! Someone gave me a two day old burrito! :-( No wonder I was sick. I felt like I was going to die on Thursday!
That mistake could have literally killed me. I still have the receipt and the Burrito Wrapper with the sticker showing this unfortunate mistake. That Burrito was the only thing I had to eat the entire day to eat, and all I got was a Sorry you're not feeling well from the Manager And We would never sell you a two day old burrito. So, Warning!! If you decide to buy at this location, make sure you check the packaging! Because they will not own up to their Mistakes, they will just write off your experience as a minor loss!! Please spread the word so this does not happen to anyone else. I've been a Chick-Fil-A patron for years, it was my favorite...
