I went in and ordered a 9-piece chicken nugget... luckily, I was paying attention. I watched the worker drop one of my nuggets on the counter and just throw it away, then try to hand me my food. I asked her... 'I just watched you drop my food and throw it away; are you going to replace my nugget or at least tell me?'... she said 'no because I'll have to cook more'.... That was unbelievable to me. If someone pays for a certain food, then the business should be giving us what we paid for. Her tone and the way she was talking to me was not polite at all and condescending like I was being a problem. I answered to her, 'look I paid for food, you should have at least asked or told me, and I probably would have said don't worry about it, but you didn't even give me that choice and were dishonest about it.' The manager stepped in, and I finally told the manager that was there, I'll settle for a few extra fries then, but you shouldn't be shorting people food and hoping we don't notice, that's not honest or legal.
I really don't understand how this situation is acceptable. If your menu lists a certain food or a certain number of items, the store is supposed to provide that and not mislead customers. If something doesn't work out, then be proactive and 1. inform/communicate with the customer and 2. actually offer a solution. I've started driving the extra milage to go to a different store because this whole situation was uncomfortable. If they are okay with doing this, then what else is happening behind the counter? I always try to treat fast food workers with respect because I know they have it rough with people... so why treat your customers like this that are being civil and respectful and just expecting the...
Read moreI keep going here so I guess it's my own fault. I keep thinking this time will be different, but it isn't. Its just very close to where I live and work. Two straight times it took over 20 minutes from the time on my receipt that I placed the order until I got my food and I was the only dine in customer in the store. Another time I was bringing home dinner to my family, again well over 15 minutes. I had 3 drinks and 2 bags to carry out and had to ask for a drink carrier. I feel it should have been obvious I needed one. Decided to check the bag and we got mozzarella sticks but no sauce, again I had to ask for something that should be obvious. Ive had a coupon for a $9 burger and shake meal that expires in 5 days. 3 times now ive gone in and tried to use it but they were out of burgers. I asked tonight if I could get another meal and just pay the $9 because apparently they never have burgers. I was told they couldnt do that. I know it's my fault, I keep going back. I just keep thinking at some point it will get better, but this place is awful. Like I said, I work close by. Everybody I work with that goes there on their lunch break seems to come back disappointed...
Read moreI would give 5 stars, but I got an "in the dirt" ball that I swung at here. Let me explain, I will start off by saying the restaurant is clean, the restrooms are clean, and I noticed that all the employees were in heath department regulations and had great customer service. The reason I give three stars is because I didn't really enjoy the food, but let me also say I don't eat Arby's very much, the last time I ate at Arby's was in texas like 8 years ago. The reason I went to this Arby's was because I saw an episode of Mythical Kitchen where they remade the secret menu item "The Meat Mountain" which they make at this location. When I got it, it was a bunch of cold packaged lunch meat that you get from the grocery store and two cold slices of chedder and Swiss sergento cheese on top of two hot chicken strips. In conclusion, if you eat Arby's regularly then you will find this location average, but if you eat it every once in a while don't expect to find your...
