The ability to leave one star does not begin to depict the rating I would prefer to give. We tried a new establishment rather than the normal salvatores or primos due to living in the area and wanting to try new things while supporting local business. When the order was finished it was made incorrectly. The individual who made the pizza confirmed that it was a mistake and the response was that it wasn't that big of a difference and we would be fine. 40 dollars worth of pizza for a family and no offer to replace it. We could have easily waited rather than driving home and then driving back. I decide to call and complain and the lady who answers has an attitude that clearly shows she has no care nor respect for those customers who are the reason she has a job! She simply asks how can we make it right and I ask for a credit for the next time we come in. Her response, "you can get a credit, bring the pizza back and we will refund you or make you new pizzas that's all I'm willing to do". That is an inconvenience for any customer no matter the circumstances and she just didn't care. She then gets an attitude and begins to be very direct in which I address it by asking if she talks like this to her customers face to face. Long story short, she hangs the phone up. I decide that I will drive up to the store just to see if maybe they are slammed...nope, maybe they are new...nope. Just all out not equipped to do a proper job. While making the food, she was eating over top of others food...no gloves on etc. She didn't have much to say but the gentleman continued to apologize but not offer a compromise to the solution. Read moreIam so frustrated with this pizza place its not even funny ...if i could give zero stars i gladly would ....i ordered on Tuesday march 26 alittle after 8pm spent $32 on my order they told 45mins to 1hr ....they ended up coming 15mins after the 1hr mark ....food was luke warm getting cold and the cheese that was melted was stuck to the bread ....i called the next evening no mgr but the employee tells me they only have one delivery driver (wow u would think theyd would more than one) ....then i tried calling them thrusday & friday at different times to speak to mgr and noone answered it just rang a brunch ...i called like 10 times each day with no response ...like how do they make money
So i called a bunch today on Saturday no response yet again ....finally got ahold of someone at 830pm i was very upset and was explaining some of my problem and he cuts me off sayin so whats really the problem ur calling about....i told him i want this order replaced and ive been tryin to get ahold of someone for 3 days after my order to explain my issue he immediately w/sly laugh in his voice says well the owner dont replace orders ur going to have to call the bank to dispute it .

At which time the person on the phone kept saying heavily as I was asking questions about their products and how they were made. Never answered my question as to whether or not jalapeno poppers onion rings and french fries were fried in the same grease with their chicken until I stated to him so you do fry all your stuff in the same fryer as your chicken and he said "yes doesn't matter" .. I asked him about how the vegetables were cut that go on the pizza since I had a dental issue and could two not not choose certain things and he said I am too busy for all of this. To which I responded fine so I will just never order from you and thank you so very much for not helping me at all! Brooklyn New York Pizza... You've lost a potential new customer who would have ordered regularly and now I will never order at all from you or suggest anyone else to do so. If you are too busy for a customer you are definitely too busy for me to be your customer.
