-5 STARS DUE TO TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING SERVICE! I was forced to select 1 star in order to make a comment! Don’t be impressed by the way the food taste, because you’ll seriously be taking your chances eating here. Not only is the SERVICE HORRIBLE and I'VE ONCE SEEN A DEAD ROACH LAYING AROUND, but it’s also UNSANITARY the way they handle the food!!! I watched the women up front take payments; then start preparing orders without washing her hands as she places her dirty fingers inside the food container you’re expected to eat from! I caught her reusing an old food container that she dumped the food out of and put my order inside of that same container! When I calmly questioned about this, she played dumb and continuously lied to my face that she didn’t do it (as though I wasn’t standing there witnessing her actions start to finish). If this wasn’t offensive enough, the MAN FROM THE BACK (PROBABLY HER HUSBAND AND OWNER) CONFRONTED ME BY CURSING ME OUT, AND DROPPING SEVERAL “F” BOMBS, CALLING ME AN “F’ING” IDIOT, WHILE POINTING HIS FINGER IN MY FACE AND TELLING ME TO GET "The "F" OUT AND DON'T COME BACK!!! Who does this?!! I REALLY FELT LIKE HE WANTED TO PHYSICALLY ASSAULT ME, ALL BECAUSE I ASKED THE WOMAN A QUESTION!!!

If you feel like what happened to me doesn’t matter, and you continue to financially support a business that HANDLES CUSTOMERS IN SUCH A RUDE AND VIOLENT WAY, then YOU BETTER SERIOUSLY CONSIDER THE SAFETY AND QUALITY OF THE FOOD COMING OUT OF THIS PLACE! ANY BUSINESS THAT CURSES OUT THEIR CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS TRULY COULDN’T CARE LESS ABOUT THE HEALTH STANDARDS OF THE FOOD...

We went out to support our local take out during the virus and noticed two things at this takeout:

Despite being quite busy, they got our food on time and it was DELICIOUS. I've known their cook from a different take out years ago. His dishes have always been consistently good. We ordered two dishes: typical general tso's and garlic chicken (highly recommend this one if you haven't tried it). Sweet and tangy! Texture all of it was on point. I'm talking consistently good for years. I definitely recommend this place.

They are operating with a full public health conscious mindset. (Note: This review has been written during the Covid19 pandemic). They sealed off their own doorway with a clear plastic wall with a short table and hand sanitizer directly in between the customer and the clear wall. Keeping their business and the public as safe as possible. Gotta love these guys...A small clear flap opens where they can set your food down on the table and you hand them your payment. I came in tonight to get my daughter some sweet-and-sour chicken. I decided that I would stand by the counter because I didn't feel like sitting. Well the woman that works there didn't even look at me I'm asking what we wanted to order. So as soon as I ordered she yelled it back to the kitchen and then as a standing at the counter she starts giving a price but didn't look at me, so she said it again and then I started pulling out cash and paid her. Well as soon as I paid her she had touched my money and then went and put chicken in the fryer didn't even wash her hands not a sink insight!!! How disgusting is that and they're putting bins on top of boxes that have probably been in the back of trucks and then putting them on countertops that is the most unsanitary thing that I have ever seen in a restaurant and watching it at that. That woman that works there is very rude and she's always rude the only reason that we were going back was because of the food. But now that I know that handwashing is not in their routine we will not...
