Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I visited this restaurant last night at approximately 8:30 pm. The cashier was great!The food on the other hand was awful. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with onion(15 extra charge) and a strawberry milkshake. I was immediately given the milkshake. I waited at least 10 minutes for the food. I didn't mind because I was thinking that it was being freshly prepared. Wrong???? I got my food and proceeded onto my 1 hour journey and started to eat on my French fries. They were cold, hard and tasted of old grease. The chicken sandwich was cold, the bread was stale and it was disgusting. The onions and the milkshake were the only things decent enough to consume. The restaurant was quick to charge up fees for added condiments but slow to provide edible food. I request a refund of my meal minus the milkshake...

This makes me super sad, I usually enjoy the service here, the manager is always so polite! But I REALLY did not appreciate the drive thru guy bickering with me and my brother tonight. We weren’t even upset about the little slip up in the order. What made us upset was that, he told us, upon receiving the wrong order, that “no, you ordered THIS not THAT”, and us trying to just, be understanding? Telling him “oh, no no, it’s ok! We heard you holler to the guy in the kitchen, you said 16 cheese tots”. And his response was a mocking smile and denial, telling us that we were wrong. My brother spoke the order quite plainly, hun. A slip up is fine! Just an apology or an “oops let me swap that for you!” Would’ve been wonderful. But to bicker? Come on, man. Get...

My first time Coming In to redeem a coupon. I get glared at by the staff as i walk in. I dimiss that, I say Hello to them they look away Okay Ill dismiss miss that, The lady takes my order No smile no Greeting I feel like the whole time She was taking my order She tried to rush me On top of that just assumes to go( Doesnt even give me the option But I wouldnt even dine in after the first few impressions).

I think They Need a little inspiration Is all. I Dont really care for that kind of thing long as i get my correct order but i just think the Public should have a field impression should they decide to visit this establishment.
