I work at a daycare and we started doing pizza hut Fridays. Of course the kids were overly excited every Friday to the point where kids that bring their lunches, actually ate our lunch on Fridays. I was the one who always had to drive to this location, pick up 16 pizzas, drive back with all of them in a seat belt, and carry them in. I have really bad anxiety so it seemed like such a responsibility to me at first, but from my very first visit that feeling went away. I'm guessing the man that was always there every Friday (I'm feeling so bad now because I'm realizing I never got his name) always made my Friday visit a delight. He's warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond every single time. From having to make all these pizzas, to the delightful convos as I waited because I'm always early, to carrying all 16 boxes from the store to my car for me without me ever even asking for the help. I have carpal tunnel in my wrists, and more days than none, I have extreme pain and a lot of times my wrists give out when holding things. This man never new that but I'm explaining this because I want him to know every thank you I've given him for doing this was sincere and from the bottom of my heart. I was more thankful than he could realize. Bringing the pizzas in, it filled my car, and the building. Always fresh, and always top tier. I don't even really care for pizza, but even I stole a few slices whenever there was extra left over from the kids. My building and I are very greatful for not only this place but this man particular, and it saddens my heart to know we can't afford to do pizza hut Fridays anymore due to another location opening and having to do it at both locations...
ย ย ย Read moreI ordered delivery and it was prompt, I was missing a pizza, called and no answer. Went to the location and seen it was extremely busy and they seemed understaffed. I did have to wait to explain that I was missing g a pizza, but the young man, and I wish I got his name, but he was extremely helpful, great spirits, and was handling everyone patiently with a smile and was supposed to get off over an hour ago. He explained to each customer what was going on with their orders and what was wrong with it too! I even overheard one Custer say they were there for 40 minutes waiting on 4 personal pans and breadsticks for her grandson who is Autistic to which she promised she would get him his pizza, and again the young man took care of them. When he finally got to me he knew I was missing a pizza and apologized and went straight to remake it. I believe I waited maybe 30 minutes with my niece who also placed an order and the crowd that were waiting was out with a smile on their face, all because of him. This happened 7/8/25 around 8pm. Again, I wish I got this...
ย ย ย Read moreIt had been awhile since ordering from here. I ordered 2 trays of the pasta w/chicken and breadsticks thinking I was going to receive twice as much that showed up at my doorstep to feed my family. I received 2 SMALL pans of the pasta inside of ONE TINY BOX with a few bread sticks which was not enough to feed my family of four. The taste (seasoning) was lacking according to my memory in addition to poor proportion sizing and not to mention the $2.50 "Convienance Fee" that was part of the bill while saying that driver tip was not included in the price (according to the receipt) I tipped the driver $3 (part of the $20 bill). This location is at most 3 mins from my house. I called, complained to Manager with no Satisfaction and told them basically they have permanently lost a customer at the address on file. I could've made more of a meal with better taste for about 1/2 the price if I hadn't been working outside all day! I've learned my lesson for being lazy and will not make that mistake...
