Cal'z Pizza, Subs & Wings Town Center — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

The atmosphere is perfect for a quaint little dine in experience and the food will always leave you satisfied. Though you can buy beer at this location, it’s very welcoming to all ages and even has some arcade games and a TV. What really sticks out is the staff- I’ve been going semi-regularly with my siblings for the past two years and we love each and every staff member. They treat us like old friends and are so quick to correct even the smallest mistakes with orders. If you’re a good customer, they’ll return your kindness and then some!

As for food, the gyros and calzowns (calzones) are a personal favorite since they’re very affordable, fresh, and a perfect portion for one person. The wings and pizza are fantastic too- it’s delicious food that can feed the whole family for pretty cheap. Our favorite flavors for the wings are honey mustard and spicy BBQ. For the pizza, sausage, supreme, and meat our pizza (meat lovers) always hit the spot. What a terrible experience I had today! I ordered online and reviewed my ticket. The wings were sougy and bland and was supposed to be extra crispy. The pizzas were cold wi/ no sauce on them, the tinest pepporonies sparsly scattered & tough cheese that my toddlers wldnt even eat and the chicken strips were dry with no sauce. Basically the order was horrible. When I called manager L* I took the refund option by returning the food. I baged up the food and waited for her driver to come back out as per her instructions. 1 1/2 hour later still no driver. I called back and got mgr la** who apologized b/c lisa told her I would bring them the food for the refund. I explained again no car and babysitting twin toddlers which is why I chose delivery in the first place. 35 mins later...got my refund. Lisa's attitude was not great leadership for cust service. I had to REMIND her satisfaction was gty'd before she offered the refund. If my family cld`ve ate the terrible food we wld've in order not to deal with her. I want to let the public know that I ordered from callso pizza and the manager delivered my food and my chicken wasn't cooked the way I asked so I told the manager about the wings he said to me you always complaint about the food and I said I order from you regularly I'm paying my money for what I want he got mad with me I told him I'm a restaurant owner and like your food he stated he was the owner which he lied he was the manager so I excepted the wing and I told him I wouldn't be ordering from calz no more when I went to shut the door he stuck his feet in my door like he wanted to hit me i was afraid for my safety i went to the front desk at the hotel I'm staying in and reported the manager from calz they have him on camera and there was also a witness at the time working in the hotel this delivery was at the Fairfield hotel I hope this reach corporate because your manger needs anger management or mental evaluation my name is Alicia Mitchell I will be getting in contact...
